    $20,000 Removed from Sportsbetting/Betonline Account
    Hello SBR,
In November of 2022, I hit the progressive jackpot on the slot, “Slot Monsters” on Sportsbetting.ag casino section, for the amount of $26,108. I bounced around with the balance before submitting a payout request for $20,000. This was cancelled by them, and I was informed to contact support/security department via phone, where I answered basic account related questions. When I returned to my computer and opened my account, the $20,000 was no longer there, and my balance was left at $00.01

Since this occurred, I have had back and forth communication with them through email and their support lines, but communication broke down eventually. I opened complaint/disputes through AG Forums (they never responded) and also on CG Forums (they provided official player logs, but stopped responding all together once asked by the mediator for details on the irregularities of the data)

The slot I was playing has a max bet of $100. It is impossible to place a wager for more than this amount. The logs show that $20,000 was lost in less than 7-minutes, without a cent ever being won in any of the spins. The bets came hours after I had stopped playing the game, and they were in the amounts of $200|$2,000|$2,000|$2,000|$4,000|$4,000| $2,000|$1,000|$500. The rest were under the max bet amount, until my balance was at $00.01

The history I am able to access on my account, shows my deposit I made in bitcoin, the wins and loss of around $4,329 but there is virtually no history of the $20,000 being played or lost on my history. Since my deposit was only about $100, the $4,000+ in activity came from the progressive win.

Since the progressive jackpots build up as all players throughout the site who play that game add to the building amount, you can see how the progressive had been set back to the starting low number. So the money went somewhere, somehow.

I have been told numerous times that the chances of a BetOnline related sportsbook stiffing a player for $20,000 is virtually zero, but I do not know how else to interpret the actions of the site. They keep repeating, “There was no breach detected, and our security team has found no irregularities.” Then, they stop responding all together.

I am looking for any information, suggestions, advice, etc. on any thoughts, what I can possibly do next, or if there is anyone else I can contact.

Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy post.

No comment or thoughts from anyone?
This is a highly rated site on here, as well as other forums. Is there something I am missing?

I don't play online slots but I do know that they will put the burden of proof on you, meaning you have to prove to them that you didn't go back and lose $20,000 in seven minutes, which you are denying ever happened.

You will need to find proof that you didn't place those bets, maybe by checking logins, checking IPs, or some other method. And even then there is no guarantee they will buy your story.

To be honest, the chances of you getting the $20,000 back don't look good, but best of luck.

Unfortunately SBR does not mediate disputes with BOL/SBAG or any offshore books anymore but I will ping our old contact to check out this thread.

If all you have said is true this is looks quite terrible and I am surprised, same as other forums have been, that BOL management would allow such an obvious theft from you.

I'd hope there is an extraordinary explanation if they continue to refuse to help you.

So are you saying that someone placed those bets on slot monsters other than yourself? And the max bet is $100 so there is no way that could happen unless someone overrides the game from within like Bookmaker themselves right? I mean they have the means to raise the maximum bet right ? Who else would be able to do that?

The bets were placed on the account, but not my myself.
There is no way I can bet for anything above $100 a spin, so I’m not sure exactly how it would work, or who would have access to override and make such large bets. I do not want to accuse anyone of doing anything, I just don’t understand how after numerous reviews made by the security team, there were discrepancies that were apparently found.

Thank you, I really appreciate you taking the time to do that. I know SBR doesn’t do official offshore disputes, but I am thankful for any help you may be able to offer.

                Update:

Another attempted player resolution dispute ended with zero explanation, or any acknowledgment of the questions being asked.

Their security team found nothing unusual about the play history. Once again, ignored questions of the multiple impossible wagers being placed for $500, $1000, $2,000, $4,000 within seconds of each other(max bet on slot is $100 per spin).

They ignored any questions regarding the complete absence of the missing $20,000 from my player history logs, when all the other amounts were shown.

The concluded that no breaches in my account were detected, even though that question has never been asked or mentioned by anyone.

Is Sportsbetting.ag, Betonline.ag, WildCasino.ag, etc. still operating with a “license” through Panama? I cannot find any information on their site, or any of the usual badges, or links to verify this.

                  Update:
Up until the last day or so, if you were to go to the slot where I hit the progressive jackpot, it would show an amount such as: $21,771.96

Then, if you clicked on the game to play, it would show you the amount was $1,269.15

It has been like this since I brought it up, and it seems like they were quick to change it.

We've seen this numerous times over the years with Betonline and Sportsbetting.ag and someone draining their accounts in the casino.

I appreciate it, and I hope I do too.

I’m not familiar with who JG is, but I’m very much willing to speak to anyone who may be able to help.

I'd approach them to complete the KYC they claim you are not completing by your own choice.

Get that roadblock/diversion out of the way would help I think.

I reached out, and am waiting to hear back from them.

I was only ever told that there was no unusual activity or betting patterns, and that I lost the balance myself, and no funds were owed to me.
I never thought to KYC verify my account with a balance of $00.01 remaining.

So, hopefully this helps get any answers or explanations. I will update when I hear something back.

6+ days of zero response from anyone at Sportsbetting or Betonline.

Even emailed the solutions@sportsbetting.ag (who always would reply in less than 24 hours) and nothing but silence.

                                What a frustrating process.

Yes, and much more depending on the software and game.

I eventually was able to submit the documents through live chat, and then was told to send them to their cs@sportsbetting.ag email.

Few hours later, received a message that they have been received and are being reviewed.

That was last Tuesday, so it’s going on 7-days and haven’t heard anything back.

Thanks for the info for the rep, I will reach out to him as well.

I was told initially that verification takes less than 24-hours, but 15-days later, and it is back to the zero responses from anyone I contact from the site.

I can no longer contact live chat, because they removed my ability to access my account, as soon as I sent my documentation.

They also still reference SBR as their player adjudication service, which I know has not been offered by SBR in a while.

                                              So does Betonline, etc.

They have continuously just stonewalled, and refused to answer the basic question of:

“How would any of this been possible for me to do on my own account”

I know this is a sports betting forum, but I really hope other players who play their casino games see this, and choose a site that pays when a player wins on a casino game.

4+ months of trying to get a single question answered, and still have not been able to provide anything other than “our security team reviewed it, and found no unusual activity, or unauthorized breaches”

Do you always play from the same device? Are they unwilling/unable to provide the ip address of the device that supposedly logged in at 5 to make those larger bets?

I always played from either my iPhone or my desktop. I would play from work, so the IP would fluctuate between 1-2 different locations.

It took roughly two months for me to get Sportsbetting.ag to post the official transaction logs of the gameplay, which shows only the basic info, such as the amount wagered.

If there is a log which shows the IP address of each bet that was placed, then I would love to see that information. If I was lying about any of this, they would have squashed this a long time ago.

I just want to see the actual data, or hear their explanation for any of this.

quite a strange, sad, perplexing tale. I guess the moral of the story is immediately take screen shots of big wins (especially the log file), cash out right then and start over with a new deposit. Too much opportunity for 'odd things' to occur at their end. And when you say "virtually no history" you mean 'absolutely no history', since I dont see anything there at all. Shouldn't your account history show each and every bet made? For horse racing on AsianConnect, there's data on every bet I make, I have page after page. Don't they do it the same way for slots? Does it specifically say somewhere that $100 is the max bet? If you're so confident of that, can't you deposit $200 and try to make a $200 bet, it should then display a message saying that $100 is the max bet (screenshot that), and then you've got them in a lie, since their logs show huge bets being made. I doubt you want to put .01 on their site again, but you could just take it right out.

I guess Betonline is just not trustworthy anymore.

Their position is that you have done something wrong and refuse to give them KYC.

That excuse now sounds completely hollow.

If they can't offer any explanation for the large bets, and won't respond to your KYC proof at all, it sounds like they know very well that you have not done anything wrong and that casino game balance was taken unfairly.

If they do not respond to you in a better manner than this, there will be a new policy on SBR to ban any positive promotion of them or posting bonus codes etc, and any mention will met by a warning message they now are known to scam players brazenly and openly.

@DaveMason, you have been given the benefit of the doubt in many many dispute matters sent to SBR over the years. There is no doubt here that you and Betonline are acting like garden variety tinpot scammers. Fix this or never approach me again about anything.

                                                          .

The KYC refusal is just simply a complete lie. Here is a email from their support, letting me know that they received all my documentation.

I was more optimistic about achieving a somewhat fair outcome a few months ago, but at this point, it seems like I am dealing with a group that will not budge an inch, or acknowledge any possible errors or mistakes on their part.

The fact that I am waiting for the security team, who have only replied (numerous times) that after their investigations, they found absolutely zero abnormalities in my gameplay, I lost the balance myself, have ignored all communication attempts, and will never respond to questions that are relevant to the situation, leaves me feeling like I’m fighting a losing battle with them.
