Xbet.ag set wager limit to 0 and steal deposits
I've been a customer with Xbet.ag for a while now. Every time there is a couple of months absense from logging into my account there is some sort of chaos when I log in. For example, they added a completely unreasonable rollover requirement to my account and claimed it was because I had taken a bonus when signing up. I was able get the customer representative to remove this rollover requirement but I feel fairly certain that this is "modus operandi" of how Xbet.ag treat their customers: slap a rollover requirement onto an account that has been dormant for a few months, and hope that the customer doesn't remember that he didn't take the bonus.
But it gets even more pathetic: shortly before Christmas this year they set my wager limit to zero on one of their prop markets. On regular sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball I could still wager as normal however. Then today, I log into my account and have my sights set on betting on these regular sports. Much to my shock I notice that now they've set my wager limit to zero on EVERY MARKET AVAILABLE. No matter what sport I try to wager on, I get the same message: MAX WAGER ONLINE EXCEEDED. YOUR CURRENT WAGER LIMIT IS 0.00 USD.
But OK, they don't want me as customer anymore so the natural thing then is to request a withdrawal and be done with them, right? Except the balance sitting in my account is $13.7 and the minimum amout allowed for withdrawal is $25. I get on their chat support and the condescending answers are nothing short of baffling. They won't say what I did wrong, nor will they say what will happen to the balance sitting in my account. COMPLETE ARROGANCE.

So this Kristy M completely dances around the real issue.... which is: what will happen to the customer's funds after the bookmaker deny taking any wagers from them? The only thing this Kristy M will tell me is that they have the right to limit any account without any prior written notice. Maybe they should update their rules to include that once an account has been limited, they will also confiscate any funds sitting in that account. Because I have the feeling that they are stealing from a lot more customers than just me.
