I've been a customer with Xbet.ag for a while now. Every time there is a couple of months absense from logging into my account there is some sort of chaos when I log in. For example, they added a completely unreasonable rollover requirement to my account and claimed it was because I had taken a bonus when signing up. I was able get the customer representative to remove this rollover requirement but I feel fairly certain that this is "modus operandi" of how Xbet.ag treat their customers: slap a rollover requirement onto an account that has been dormant for a few months, and hope that the customer doesn't remember that he didn't take the bonus.
But it gets even more pathetic: shortly before Christmas this year they set my wager limit to zero on one of their prop markets. On regular sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball I could still wager as normal however. Then today, I log into my account and have my sights set on betting on these regular sports. Much to my shock I notice that now they've set my wager limit to zero on EVERY MARKET AVAILABLE. No matter what sport I try to wager on, I get the same message: MAX WAGER ONLINE EXCEEDED. But OK, they don't want me as customer anymore so the natural thing then is to request a withdrawal and be done with them, right?
