Beware BET365 canadian

I deposit in bet365 via interac canadian e-transfer 5 times and all was fine.

On Thursday 10 August 2023 I deposited $50 CAD in bet365 at 17.04PM ET eastern time and it said it was unable to process the deposit. I received an email on Saturday 12 August 2023 that i should receive a refund within the next 2 banking days. It is now Wednesday 16 August 2023 1.17AM ET eastern time. Still waiting for my refund. I usually am a better writer than this but I drank soju, wine and heienken. Waiting for my refund, because in my life, i've never been scammed.

An error with 1 deposit? Or have they banned you using the method?

I forgot to mention that their processor is PayDirect for canadian interac e-transfers. I'm suppose to get a refund from PayDirect via e-transfer. I'll update here when/if i get it. not an error, deposited multiple times via the same method without any problems besides the last time, which money was debited and sent from my bank account successfully.
