Have been a customer at Bookmaker for 15+ years.

On Friday I requested a payout of just over $4300. It was declined shortly after the payout deadline and was told it was a system error. Spoke to Eli on Monday and he offered me a $500 freeplay for the issues. Told me he’d look into why it happened and get back to me. Contact him this morning and was told my account is no longer being serviced, they’ve decided to disable my account. No reason given, nothing. Asked if he knew why my account was denied the withdrawal he said he told me Monday and said lol are you trying to get another freeplay.

extremely disappointing, this book cannot be trusted. I wouldn’t deposit a dollar into their site. They are tanking quickly and everyone knows it.

I was a fairly large player as well. Would deposit in between $5k-$10k a month.

I literally got paid 2k in under 10 minutes just now and over 50K since February without so much as a single hitch. I just don't understand this post. Over the last decade I've withdrawn around 300 grand. Yes they took my perks away but never F'd with a withdraw or cut ANY of my action. So as far as "everyone knows it".......no not everyone knows it.

Same old story….It’s always some unknown user with less than 50 posts that complains about BM. I’ve never had a problem with any payout at BM. Five digit payouts in the past month and always in the wallet within 15 minutes with no questions asked. Limits have never been cut.

I agree. I've never had a problem there EVER. I don't play there constantly but enough to know they are top-notch. Do other books pay people to go on sites like this and damage other books? I'd have to guess that goes on too. That doesn't mean I'm calling this OP out here but this does happen a lot with new posters suddenly.
