    Rabona, Bankonbet, Rabidi N.V.
I have an issue with 2 Rabidi N.V bookmakers. Rabona and Bankonbet. They are the same so I decided to combine them here, I think same team and operator deals with my case on both places.

I made deposits of about 9k euros to these sites combined. I currently have a balance of about 16000 euros on them combined.

I tried to withdraw, they request me with extensive verification:
-Phone number, contract from operator that number is on my name once opened.
    - ID with selfies
    - address
    - past 2 months Bank and Neteller history.

I was able to provide them all. However they still decided to close my accounts and void all my funds. I have only received 1000e withdraw from these sites.

After a long review of my accounts, they claim that I broke their terms and conditions 9.1 which states:
" The Website may only be used for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of these General terms and conditions:"

I have not violated any of these rules. I have played with my own money, with my own details. I placed some early bets, some same day and close to match start bets. None of the bets was to an clearly erroneous line. My bets could have easily been losing as well.

Is there anything I can do, could Sportsbookreview or anyone help me on this matter? I feel my case is pretty strong and I am able to provide all the documents that are required.

SBR no longer mediates for non US/CA licensed bookmakers. And these books appear to have no license listed at all.

They do nominate AskGamblers as a dispute resolution service though https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint

Well Ask gamblers did not help that much:
        "
Your complaint has been rejected due to following reason:
Thank you for trusting us and using the AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service / AGCCS/.
After careful consideration of your case, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that you must forward the dispute in front of the relevant Gambling Authority directly as they are the only competent authority to conduct proper investigation and reach to justified decision whether there was any breach of the regulatory requirements or not.

Can they suggest who that is?

I can't see registration with any relevant authority mentioned on the website.

AskGamblers has Rabona and Bankonbet as a one of the Rabidi N.V books. I think all of the Rabidi N.V are more or less scams so I am in trouble yes.

I think all of these sites have very similar customer service, same skin, I would not be surprised if the owner is more or less the same and just have multiple companies in case things go south on complaints, then they just make new ones, there is so many betting sites with the same system and scam. The support and verification teams are also definitely the same group.

Their licensor is in Curacao and that has a very bad reputation as well. Rabona terms and conditions point 14. Laws of Curacao.
Anyone has experience with Curacao lawyers or gaming licensors and could offer me help?

Worst thing is that when I google Rabona Casino one of the google hits is:
              "Is Rabona casino safe?

Thanks to the Curacao Gambling License, players should be safe when placing bets on Rabona. Certification from Curacao is today's standard for gambling brands, and you can expect a smooth and fair experience when wagering on Rabona."

Which is just not true, this is a very unsafe book.

Working now with this lawyer, ROELOF E.F.A. BIJKERK Curacao:

Has dealt with a lot of this kind of cases and with these sites before. Said he can put pressure on them and has had some success in the past but remains to be seen. The more complaints he has against the firm the stronger the case is.

                  What has happened:

The Rabidi N.V was sued in Curacao and declared bankrupt. We were also trying to claim from bankruptcy trustee but did not receive anything, there was little hope anyway. The client funds are held under different company in other jurisdiction to make sure clients never receive money from these Curacao court orders.

These casino brands that are owned and continue to be operated by that "Rabidi" have now some other holding company/name behind them, owners are most likely the same. Business plan remains same, when holding company goes to bankruptcy, open a new holding company for your skins and continue the same way.

Currently scam casinos associated with them:
Casino Infinity, Ninlay, wingaga, Roby casino, jackpot frenzy, zeus win, swiper casino, mrpacho casino, neon54 casino, boomerang-bet casino, Vinyl Casino, Lunubet Casino, Sportaza Casino, Sportuna Casino, Casinado Casino, PowerUp Casino, 7Signs Casino, 5Gringos Casino, Playio Casino, Dolly Casino, Excitewin Casino, Polestar Casino, House of Spades Casino, Kingmaker Casino, Slotexo Casino, Rabona Casino, Myempire Casino, novajackpot Casino, Extra Vegas, AmunRa, Talismania, Spinanga, CrownPlay, Bankonbet
At least these, probably even more.

From the amount of brands it is pretty easy to figure out the picture. On the contrary, when you have one good brand, say Pinnacle, there is no real need or benefit of opening 100+ skins...

Would not be surprised if they open new ones all the time as the customers get scammed and some of the brands start getting a lot of heat.

The sad thing is that this is probably quite profitable business model, get a lot of new customers through sign up bonuses, some of them addicts and lose a fortune. Some end up running hot or winners, scam few of the big winners and bonus abusers. Low taxes and actual KYC/legal requirements from offshore, Curacao in this case. Low risk of getting into serious legal trouble as an owner of a scam compared to say doing this in US and risking serious jail time and consequences.

Thankyou for the detailed update. And posting all the book names to help others find this info.

I agree that this is sadly a profitable model for both the scam operators and licensing and payment processing industry running out of Curacao.

Notice how Sportsbookreview has this scam site BANKONBET as the top 1 sportsbook for Canada. Such is the greed of affiliate money. Surely no one is let to win there for long term. See my experience above for the site. Loads of other negative experiences with these guys all over the internet.

I agree. The site reviews and ratings are handled centrally and used across many different sites by the company. I've given my opinion about this and another couple of books but it's not just up to SBR unfortunately. And the reason why you don't see me referring to site ratings much any more :\
