    1xbet not paying
I opened a new account, my first account with the sportsbook. I bet couple straight NFL games nothing else. Rollver was done properly 1x. On withdrawl, they asked for
    - ID which they accepted.
    - Then they asked for e-wallet screenshot which was accepted.
    - Next they asked for bank statement with address. This was sent but they claimed the image is not clear. So I bought a new phone
and took new photo and sent, but all I get now is the response for any and all emails to them:

"Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible."

Obviously they have no intention on paying up. Has anyone run into issues? Anyone has ideas how to seek relief? They are licensed in Curacao but looks like operating out of Cyprus. Is there an ombudsman responsible for this issue?

There seems to be 1000s of complaints on internet on 1xbet, but I wasn't able to find anyone who got relief.

There is no effective regulator to help with them.

The canned emails can just mean the CS operator has no other answer as they are not empowered to check each account with the security department.

It may just really mean wait.

I would just send another new photo of the document as your next step.

Make sure all edges of the document are visible (dont have a finger over any edge)

1xbet — самые большие мошенники во всем мире ставок, однажды, когда я спал, они проиграли мои 22 000 долларов с разными ставками на большие коэффициенты, объясним это тем, что все ставки были сделаны мной и с моего IP-адреса.

The biggest scammers in the entire betting world, once while I was sleeping, they lost my $22,000 with different bets on big odds, let's explain this by the fact that all the bets were made by me and from my IP address.
We hear about this too often with 1xbet

Don't give up. Most of the time you will end up verified in the end if you persist.

I see that person got his deposit back in the link I posted but lost his profit. It seem slike 1xbet's hold is probably 99%. They don't pay any winners and keep all the losers money.

So what I'm doing is, I'm putting losing bets at 1xbet and win it at another book (so it's a wash trade but lose at 1xbet) step by step as a way to withdraw my winnings. Then will try to get my deposit back like the person in the link did.

If you know how to just make losing bets let me know how you do it and I will bet the other side. Every time I try to make losing bets at a book I keep winning there LOl.

                  Already 6th "new" verification request..

"Please open a tab with any deposit transaction to your gaming account in the crypto wallet and take a photo, holding your ID document in your hand.
The photo must be taken with the device with which you took the previously provided screenshots of the transactions."

How would it be possible to do this? Use same phone to take the photo with and the phone should be part of the photo?
