Thank you Optional! I play from Canada.

The match was Darts: Lee Cocks vs Bram Van Dijk.

I bet on Lee Cocks - Under 0.5 180's scored, and he scored zero 180's. I watched the match live and saw that the bet was a win. I have also verified on numerous stats sites which clearly show that Lee Cocks scored zero 180's, which is the win. I have screenshots of these results pages if required.

I'm guessing that the grading delay may have been them unable to access the official site same as us.

Have you come across any instances on score sites where it was reported incorrectly?

Ok, I am having the same issue - their website sucks and will not load. However, I watched the match live with my own eyes and know the bet was a win, plus all available stats sites show that the bet was a win.

I have never seen those sites be incorrect, and in my case I watched the match live, dart by dart from start to finish, so I am 10000% absolutely certain that the bet was a win.
Surely if prompted they will look into the result themselves and see that it was a win?

I believe you, but the quickest way to get this fixed easily is to make it easy for our contact and provide the evidence their terms say is needed to dispute a grading decision. Thay don't make the call, they just pass it to appropriate person to decide and arguing becomes difficult with a middle man.

I'll try to get the official stats. If we can't get them we can try using Sofascore. But I know from experience that that isn't compelling to them.

See if you can find a video replay of the match if you can? That will make it easier too.

Betway be ashamed of your grading system and/or lack of accuracy. This should NEVER happen. If they dont have official results, email your client and leave the bet pending. Nope, not Betway, just mark it a loss and make the CLIENT jump through hoops.
