Instadebit withdrawal

Hey guys, so I am having an issue with Instadebit. I withdrew $1,000.00 bucks on October 1 from Pinny to Instadebit. That went through OK, it hit my Instadebit account pretty much right away. I then withdrew those funds to my bank account also on October 1. Still have not received it. The withdrawal is shown as Pending on the transaction page. Contacted Instadebit chat twice, both times they said they had technical problems and they can't give my a timeframe for when its going to be resolved. Wondering if anyone else is in the same predicament

They seem to have these delayed payments on and off for years.

Probably not much you can do about it, or need to worry if it will come.

Their estimated transfer time is 5 or 7 business days from memory too.
