Bally bet Ontario
This should serve as a warning to my fellow gamblers.
Here is my story. I opened an account last Wednesday on 25th, made deposit for $26 as they run promo "wager $25 get $150 in bet credits". Lucky for me it wasn't risk free $1000 as some other books offer.
Tried to place wager and get unknown error, technical error has occurred. Please try again and if problem persists contact or support team. Regardless of what spot or odds I pick it's the same message.
Tried to go on chat and it took forever to get an agent (we will get back to this one later).
So the chat starts with : can you tell us your birthday, your street address, can you tell us your postal code. And I am thinking why would they ask this questions? I am logged in I have all the access to all those questions, that remained me 90's when you had to phone in. Anyway CS told that they don't exactly know what the problem is, it could be that I need to verify my account.
OK. I tried to look trough their website where do I upload documents. No where to be found where to do that. Go back on chat that takes forever got the same agent. And guess what the same 3 questions. This while I am logged in to my account. So she provided me with the email address to where should I send documents and it takes up to 72 hours to verify your identity. Four days later nothing happens, so I shoot them email. Bally bet got got back to me relatively quickly saying my account is fully verified. Woohoo so I can bet now. That's what I thought same problem technical error.
Now three days in the row I tried to contact CS via email with the screenshots attached that I can't wager on anything. The sportsbook doesn't reply.
Thierry app is actually for casino only but that is irrelevant.
You would think maybe they're busy during holiday's, no that's not the case.
If you go on Play store, search for Bally bet Ontario app there 736 reviews. Gone through about 20 of them and there is nothing positive about their operations people have same or similar problems as I do.
So they don't reply and there is a lot of complaints that they don't honor bonuses. Slaw paying and asking for some weird personal info like your SIN number.

It has been 6 days now since opened an account with you. And I am still unable to place a wager on any sports with any odds.
I have tried to reach out with you on 3 separate occasions. One time via chat, and twice via email. Chat has no idea on what is going on, via email you simply ignore the issue and did not bother to reply.
I don't have good experiences with you, all negative.
So today after 18:00 I will reach out to SBR(https://www.sportsbookreview.com) and do the full review on you with all the emails and chats.
There two options :
Fix the issue or send money back. I would prefer my money back.

So dear SBR can you help me to get my $26 back? I hadn't placed a wager so they're no strings attached. And I am pretty certain if I do one with your help, these amateurs will not grant me bonus. So save my time and your time from any future complaints. And if they do grant one than they will slow pay me.
PS. All this long write up is not about $26 it's to warn fellow members and the lurkers to avoid this book.
Also I would think those complaints on Play store are mostly about casino and CS because they just resantly added sportsbook. And I am not sure if sportsbook is fully operational, maybe that's why I can't place wagers, but CS will not tell me.
