    Hello, guys.
    I was registered in the beginning of May.
    I make a bets. Has drawn the first withdrawal (250 euros), its great!!! on the next day money on my moneybookers account.
    I continued to make a bets. I make a bet: brasil: goyas-international (win 2), + greece: olimpiakos-other greece team (win 1 or X) and portugal: porto win. Im win !!! I make a withdrawal 350 euros.
    But....
    I receive the letter:


    Dear [name removed],

    We have decided to close your account permanently as its registration is a
    serious breach of our terms and conditions, which you read and accepted upon
    opening the account. For your reference please see below:

    3.8 You may only register once as a customer with us, and only manage one
    player account. You are not permitted to register again using another name or
    another e-mail address. In particular you are not permitted to register
    thirdparties
    - even if they give their consent in that respect. This also applies,
    among other things, to friends and relations. You are not permitted to sell,
    transfer or acquire your account.

    7.1 We reserve the right to discontinue without replacement, amend, withdraw
    or
    add a service or the entire website at our sole discretion with immediate
    effect
    and no prior warning.
    7.2 We shall not tolerate any fraudulent activities. If we are of the opinion,
    at our
    reasonable discretion, that you are attempting to defraud us, another user of
    our services or another person in any way, for example by way of payment
    fraud, or by transferring funds to other players, or if we suspect a
    fraudulent
    payment, for example by way of using stolen ************ or other fraudulent
    activities or prohibited transactions (such as money laundering) or if you
    violate the terms and conditions of business, we reserve the right to
    temporarily block you and/or exclude you in full from using our services;
    retain winnings and credits in part or in full and to forward the information
    (in
    conjunction with your identity) to the police and other pertinent authorities.

    The account and the remaining funds will remain frozen.

      I have received a bonus 50 euros.
      I make a two bets and send my documents to for verification my account.

        next time don't open double accounts and if you didn't, don't use public internetcafe's. 99% it's one of the two.

          Bonus are good but at some books it is to big risk.

              that looks like a European site, and it's rating D-. that is almost same as a F site from South Amnerica (Like: Costa Rica, panama..etc..). even thought an A+ site (Like: betfair) may also confiscate winning. what can yo think a D- site in Europe?

                  I can only say that Mybet has not the reputation to be a no-pay-book. But of course at least they should have given you a clear reason why they closed your account. Do you have any idea yourself?

                    Im sure you not alone.

                    I think you could have a good chance recieve your funds. For me it took some time (10 days)(but I was only use 1 account )

                      Up to me, after they quote this part of their rules, its clear thats the reason. And not point 2 as tachi quoted. So for some reasons they think you operated with other accout - maybe becose of same address, same name of other users accountholders (f.e. cousin/brother/father) or maybe becose of same IP you use. If its same IP they maybe tracked your MAC address. Or maybe its the style you bet. And thats the reason.
