From my experiences with their customer service is not the best to deal with at all. So needless to say I can understand why this guy is getting no where with them.

They are a solid book from a payout prospective, but will cut your limits to nothing fast.

I wrote on this site about it.
I also contacted SBR support - mr. Bill Dozer and other managers. No answers. It frightens me. It seems to me that I'm alone in my trouble and nobody can help me.
Interwetten customer support IGNORES me. But they READ!!!! my letters:

I believe what Justin was referring to was asking if you "called" them up.

I know about 5 months or so ago that they did void a few players bets, but I don't really remember all the details on them off hand.

Did you check both emails? We sent to the second address you used on Tues. Sometimes the live betting disputes can take some time. Hopefully we will have an update tomorrow for you.

You could never get 100,000 up at interwetten. I can barely get $50 up now after they limited me. They are a pain in the ass but I did get paid out after lots of fighting with them. Never bet live so I can't comment on that.

WITHOUT any explanation my bets were cancelled. Be sure, all bets were placed BEFORE the second goal was scored.
I sent e-mails to interwetten on 23, 25, 26, 27 of November 2007, both from their site and from my 2! e-mail addresses.
No answer. Nothing.
I'm disturbed about other clients and poor customer support.

I've sent a letter to SBR, to mr. Dozer and all the stuff - no answer. I want to know if SBR received any explanation from interwetten, because interwetten didn't send me something.

I play their livebets and this is what probably happened, the game started earlier but interwetten was not aware of that. they post lines for livebetting usually 30-60 minutes before the game and sometimes their starting time is wrong. I was not following that game si I really do not know if that is the case, but I think it is quite possible...

This is no reason for them not to answer your emails. They should let you know why they cancelled your bets or stole your money.

Hello again, friends!
Please don't concentrate on the sum of my bet!
Please concentrate on the point of problem - cancellation of stake without any explanation and the way INTERWETTEN acts with it's client. That's the point.
Mr. Dozer or somebody else at SBR! Please let me know smth., if you are solving my problem in order to prevent future fraud from interwetten??????
Or I can relax and remember for my future life: My problem is ONLY my problem.
Just let me know, please.

And just for the record, I have used Interwetten for 12 months without a problem, they have small limits, but are a sound book with good CS and fast moneybooker payouts once your set up

It was Futsal European championship.
On that match I also placed bets on totals (not the same total). Those bets were settled, no prolem.
But these ones are cancelled.
No answers from interwetten, despite they read my e-mails.
+ the only help from SBR is an advice "to call to interwetten by phone".
Still hope for help from SBR as from serious institution.

The euro Scandanavian version of SBR is www.bettingadvice.com and they talk about Interwetten all the time.Click the forum link on the webpage bottom,it's huge.Back when a person could bet with euro books,I used to grab promotion deals from all the books over there and they have allot of quirky ways etc.I have to admit that they know English over there better than most people here including myself,hehe, and even though I have euro heritage I don't like the euro way of doing things.The name Interwetten reminds me of a cross between intercourse and wetting your pants.The name bugs me and allot of the language and ways over there bug me.

interwetten payout problem

it has been almost 5 days that interwetten has not responded to my emails that i have sent them regarding my identity verification for the purpose of withdrawal...does anyone know why does it take so long and yet interwetten customer service has not replied to me...i jus want to request for a withdrawal of 50 euro only...does they intend not to pay?

I use their services also and dont have big problem with them.My max betting limit is 50-100$ per bet.
But once they settle my bet with wrong details(they try to steal from me)
I bet 100 on odd 2.5 (100x2.5=250) but they give me only 200

AFter i check my bets and see the error,i contact support and they settle my bet with correct odds.
But if i didnt chek my bets?

I have a same problem with InterWetten .on 11.04.2008 i tryed to request my first withdrawal via Bank Transfer.They reply to me On Monday to send required documents.
I send ID,Bank Statement,COpy of CCard and Electricity Bill.
... and 10 days later i still dont have any reply from them.
Every day i send mail but without answer.
Can you help me ?

P.S.lakerfan i send you the problem with my user name also.
I suppose my problem will be fixed in next 24 hours because IW is still B rated book

I was surprised today i receive very fast withdrawal from InterWetten via MoneyBookers after my first two weeks cashout via BankTransfer..Also from Bet-At-Home and Betfred-1-2 hours.
