    Withdraw problems with Bet365
    Dear people,

I'm getting really frustrated by Bet365.

Some time ago I opened an account overthere.

After a while I made my first withdrawal of 1.500 euros.

    This withdrawal went through.

So it must be that my bank and bet365's bank had control my identity I presume, as the bank market is pretty controlled.

2 days after that I wanted to make another withdrawal, but i was refused because they wanted to have an ID verification.

But they rejected this, because the copy of ID card wasn't in colour they said.

So I sent a new one in colour, but they were unable to verify it.

So they asked for another verification, like passport or birthcertificate.

I went to the city where I was born to get it, and sent it to Bet365.

After that they asked for another verification like passport or driving licency.

These ones I don't' have, so they keep holding my money now for 6 weeks.

What can I do about it?

Hope to find someone here who can help me, because I have the feeling Bet365 won't help me out of this shit.

And I really need that money soon.

man bet365 is a correct book, i never had any problems with them, ask them if its the only reason to cancell withdraw - verification?...and my advice to u is change your payment method, dont try to withdraw in your bank account cuz this will make your life hard, how it seems! for bank transactions almost all bookies want sum "unreal" verification procedures, so finally try moneybookers or sum close method

If you will not do what the friend above says about moneybookers, the only hope for you is to make out a passport! It costs i think nearly 25 euros.

I never had to send no documents(always with moneybookers and neteller), call them and say if they accept a library card, university card.
Dont worry to much they are correct and they pay, worst case senario ask for a passport.

I made me an account of MB..

And made a 25 euro deposit, and asked after that to make the withdrawal through MB..

But they say they can't accept is because the won money was made by deposits of paysafecards.

The moneybookers account it will be no use for now, you have to withdraw the same way you deposit, just try to send other document.

Never had any problems with bet365 and as much as I know, they are loose with the ID verification. Sometimes they don't ask anything or accept anything you send them, otherwise, they ask for everything possible to verify the ID. Probably, you got on the "bad" list and they wanna be sure that you're not messing with them.

with almost every sportsbook i dealt with, your first withdrawal has to be made the same
way your deposit was made and even if you dealing through moneybookers most of them
askd ID verification. I have used over 7 different Books, same thing

Bet365 are totally legit so if you are too you will get your money, they just have to be very strict to guard against fraud.
If I was you I would give them a call, fraudsters don't like to phone up for fear they will give themselves away so you will have more credibility straight away. Explain to them what you have to us and you will surely resolve it, it's got to be a lack of communication causing the confusion.

They're a typical UK book in that they don't manage their lines very well, prefer clients to bet on horses and quickly limit (or cancel accounts) of sharp players. They are rock solid though. I've never had any issues at all withdrawing to bank account or moneybookers in over 2 years.

while they will limit you quickly for hitting out-of-line prices and/or demonstrating ability to consistently pick winners, getting paid is not something to be concerned about with them

because he didn't win the on the same bet, it probably took him few months to build it.
