Thanks Pete you made me confirm that Bodog service is much better than 5dimes so Ill just stay with them.

I've talked/chatted with 5d many, many times over the years, including Tony. Some are always helpful (Mark, Monica), some are never helpful, but the majority of them are at least competent. But yes, I only remeber being talked to rudely one time over the years, and it was indeed, Pete..I'm a big boy though, I can handle a little rudeness, it's the condescending types that get me going..FWIW, Pete was very cordial the last we spoke..

Tony is not as bad as his reputation, as long as your request is legit. He knows the business and will work with you. I have talked to Pete, he's always been nice to me in the past. Most reps try to help, the main issue is the CS if you have a payout issue, they don't get answers fast enough because they always say its 3rd party problems. I understand that all books have 3rd party issues these days, but since the customer can't talk directly with the vendor it's the books job to solve the problem.
