    My Nightmare with Instadebit
    Blocked my account because of a keystroke error on Monday. Have sent them in my bank statement, void check and copy of SIN card on both Tuesday and Thursday of last week to unblock my account.
    Called customer service yesterday morning, said they would look into it. Called them again today they said Security is closed until Monday and they cannot reach them by phone.
    I do not recommend Instadebit. Their customer service is abbhorent.

    If you have any problems with your account, dont bother calling the 1-877 number. They don't know anything, cant tell you anything and are basically useless. They cannot even reach their security department themselves except via email, or so they say.
    Obviously customer service is not a paramount priority at Instadebit. The only way you can rectify any problems is via email, and each exchange takes 48 hours for them to reply.
    Horrible, horrible customer service.

      Does anyone have a good, fast and instant money transfer service they can recommend for Canadians using matchbook or pinnacle? Thank you for any replies.

            Hi 20four7, I believe for some reason your in Canada. Can you tell me briefly how moneybookers works? Is it autodeposit or do I have to wait 3 or 4 days and then make a payment like Neteller, or is it similiar to Instadebit where its automatic payment with a maximum?

                "*********" if any books you use offer it, however you have to forward "*********" an authorization form and some ID before you can set up with them again as it is no longer instantly taken from your account by your debit card.
