5dimes by far has the worst customer service and most unstable website by far. I started using 5 dimes a month ago I've ran into many problems. I cant understand why the card game applet shuts down so many times in the middle of the hand and now its down and I have money missing and they cant even advice me if my money is locked in the card game java applet or not. I mainly bet on sports by sometimes frequent the black jack table for around $25 a hand and after i made a $300 transfer from bj back to my sports book I noticed the withdrawable dollar amount was less than the total in the total section, so i called and they stated the $94 should show up in 12 hours, 12 hours later under transaction history its showing casino. I didnt lose anything in the casino i withdrew $300 from by casino acct to sports book so how did i lose? I have no reason to lie over $94 and i have a good sum of money in my account and the bad part is customer service is not caring or understanding that i didnt lose the money at all.

I'm assuming you've read all 18 pages of the casino thread. The one where the player was found to be using a bot. Found by fellow POSTERS to be using a bot. Which is against the stated rules on the 5Dimes website. This was after he lied numerous times in the thread he started and to SBR employees directly and said he hadn't used a bot at all. Surprisingly, he is now nowhere to be found since his hand history has been released.
Between searching for and bumping old 5Dimes threads, commenting on subjects when you're obviously not aware of the whole story nor have any desire to invest the time to get a clue as to what's going on and jumping into threads to cry foul on 5Dimes before any evidence was even posted despite being here long enough to know that many people who use their first post at SBR to cry foul against a book aren't always legit - it makes me wonder what your true angle is here.
Did you lose a lot of money at 5Dimes? Was Tony harsh with you at some point in chat? Do you work for another book? Maybe it's time for you to disclose the truth and be transparent because right now you're representing yourself terribly throughout the Sportsbook forum.Comment -
5Dimes isnt a terrible book. They have the greatest wagering options you will find anywhere including parlays on tennis. The biggest negative with the book is that Tony is an A HOLE and is never wrong, especially when he is wrong.Comment -

They looked at the breaks he took. Notice the ones that occurred on the same day.
Now think if you jumped away from the computer for a few minutes to take a piss, eat something, etc... Those breaks would last the exact same time, down to 1/10th of a second? Even if you timed yourself on a stopwatch you wouldn't be able to achieve that spot on even twice. Not only is the fact that he claimed to play 20hrs a day for a month straight just a bit suspicious but the break times below are mathematically impossible for a human to achieve.
Sorry for the long post here. Just looking at the first file, and comparing the date and the rounded length of the "breaks". Look at the similar length breaks all occurring on the same day / playing session. This is pure bot.

Who gives a shit if they are A+ or C, the sbr ratings are crooked.
Not as much as elsewhere, but do you think sbr does this to look good?
Maybe when they started this was the case, but now they are in to make money in a slowly dying industry as long as they can.
5D is A+ cos they pay, end of the story. Nothing you write or say here will ever change that.

5Dimes offers more bets than anyone, more props than anyone and allows players to parlay almost everything. Can parlay series props with player props with multi sports with even 1st 6 minute lines and can buy tons of points either way. Unheard of all the combos they allow. By far the most options and freedom; no one's even close. And never has someone won fair and been proven here to be cheated. Their casino needs to be fixed though due to recent mistakes, but definitely the best A+ sportsbookComment -
Majority of problems are related with casino.
I don't like casino games and I stick with sportsbook only. Never had a problem so far and customer service is very kind. The only problem I had is, they lowered my limits a little bit..but that's ok since it's a recreational book. Still, I'm placing %50 of my action @ 5Dimes.
