Hi. I placed yesterday two bets with bookmaker Youwin on tennis match Kunitsyn / Bogomolov:
-i bet on bogomolov winner
- i bet on Kunitsyn winning 2 sets to 1
Bogomolov retired whereas score was 6-4 6-6 (for Kunitsyn)
The rule on youwin is very clear: all bets are void in case of a player retirement. So my two bets should be void. But i had a look at my account and discovered this:
-bet "kunitsyn winning 2 sets to 1" was settled lost ?!?
-bet "bogomolov winner" was still open
So i contacted customer service and they answered me that match was under investigation and that no funds would be returned until the investigation has been completed.
I understand that they decided to investigate, but :
-why was my bet "kunitsyn winning 2 sets to 1" settled lost ??At worst it should be open
-i suppose that they investigate because a player (bogomolov) may be suspected of cheating, but in any case my bets will necessarily be void: either there was "cheating" and therefore bets must be void, or there wasn't cheating, everything was normal, but bets have to be void since there was a player retirement. So why doesn't Youwin settled bets void now and credit me money back ?? I want to post complain on that forum, could someone remind me how to do please?
