I don't have a complaint against just bet bbd it's just weird to me that depends on who u talk to u get different answers. If I'm up 4500 with them overall I must of lost it in my other books. I might have withdrawn that much over the last 10 years but I doubt I'm positive that amount. Idk I got killed this last weekend on college so looking for any good book that gives a bonus.

Frank helped me out today and cleared up the issue, I was offered the bonus since I was inactive the last 2 deposits. But ya he said I withdrew 7000 over the years and last one was 1500 in 2009. Guess I'll just wait till they offer something to me again. Heck I'd think they want to do it now since I'm on a losing streak. Great week for KC and Indy to put up some offense and freaking NE to choke against Buffalo, and Boise state to pull kellen Moore in the 3rd quarter.

First time poster here and I need some assistance. I signed up at Justbet for their bonus of 100% with the 10x rollover requirement. I made a deposit via ** and the money was in account but i did not see the bonus. I inquired with customer support and was told that based on my last name I was not entitled to the bonus until they "knew me better." Now I am the kind of bettor that likes lots of action and bet at the most $25 a game. I told their VIP sales that I would get back to them after a week or so. Within the last week I've wagered about $1200 at $25 a game. I checked back with Justbet and was once again denied my bonus and was told to "keep on playing." What kind of sportsbook does a promotion and does not keep their words? I understand that there are terms and conditions, but isn't that what the rollover requirement is for? I am perfectly happy with their requirements but this is kind of bogus. Please advise.

This is my final attempt to get this bonus. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and that Justbet should honor their advertisement of 100% bonus. I was not aware that I was not going to get the bonus. No one on the staff informed me of such before I deposited and you guys had no issues taking my deposit. Had I known, I would of not deposited. I have wagered every single day for the last 3-4 weeks and based on my wagering history I am by no means a sharp. I was told to keep on playing and would eventually get this but I have not. I'm pretty sure I've wagered at least $4,000 at $25-$50 a bet. In addition, I don't think judging a gambler by their last name is a good way to do business. I've honored my part and have wagered quite a bit as a recreational player, please honor Justbet's.
