If there is a non-televised football match - let's say Southeast Asia, how does the sportbook know the result in real-time? so that they can suspend the bet in-time when any side scores the others. Just curious!

Yes that is truth, friend of mine worked for one betting company and his job was to go on games and he was on mobile phone all time with them and his job was to tell them what is happening and when somebody get yellow or red card,corners,goals....
Go to bet 365,they have hundreds of football game every day live betting from who knows where or even junior woman league in turkey or bulgaria and there isnt any live broadcasting for that.
