I had the same problem. They calculate RO in a different way. Also even after I did complete it, it took them a week to acknowledge it.

Placing bets of:

$100 @ +150 contributes 100 dollars to your roll over
$100 @ -200 contributes 50 dollars to your roll over

They always take the smaller of either the bet or to win amount, which to me isn't standard practice at all.

That's why you don't take bonuses and just deposit your money without bonuses. When you do this and request a payout you get paid what you want to take out. Best of luck!

It is wise to educate yourself on bonus rules prior to depositing.

Anyone not getting paid from betonline is doing something wrong.

Why don't you tell me what I'm doing wrong BAUS.

Deposited, sent in all verification documents, requested a 10,000 wire on the 19th of September and have not been paid. Been told five separate occassions now the money should be in my account and it's not. Got SBR involved for two/five of those supposed "deadlines".

If you really have insight as to what I've done wrong, I'd love to know it so I can make sure never ever to do it again.

Sad that an SBR B+ Book has to be questioned constantly about their payout ability. The truth is that BOL has never missed a payout.... to SBR each month for advertising. That's why they're B+.
