Betdsi liars or mistake?

I called and asked if i qualify for their go300 promo which is deposit 300 get 300 in freeplay. A clerk said i did qualify so i made a deposit for 300. 2 hrs later i still didnt have the free play and another clerk then told me i dont qualify for the promo.

Was i lied to the first time? I think so

Although some books have been know to bait and switch on promos BetDSI doesn't seem like the type...

Could have been an honest mistake by the clerk... Rather then call them liars I would politely ask for them to honor what you were told or return your money at their cost as this might still get you the promo...

Also ask for a sup or a manager he knows more than clerks and it's a person who can actually do something for you

it already happen to me in the past , one clerk say one thing the next says the oposite, is just incopetence dont think they try to cheat anybody

Here is a link to another thread where they did the same thing to another player. They have also done the same to me and many other players. I got an email,called to verify the promo,and was told I was eligible so I sent the deposit. Only after you send the money do they jerk you around. If they have done this once they have done it 1000 times. Just search the forums and you will see.

Hi giantsfan - Once you get to 20 posts you can PM the DSI rep on the board at BetDSI Relations as they're great at clearing these matters up (you'll find their response to a similar issue in the thread BET THE HOOK linked above). Alternatively I'd contact DSI again and ask to speak to a Supervisor. If you'd rather SBR act on your behalf, you can file a Dispute Form but this should be something that you can remedy quite quickly once you talk to someone with the authority to make those decisions.

i already took a lower bonus offer. I was just upset because the 2nd clerk i talked to looked up my account and told me I already took a similiar promo back in oct. i was then wondering why couldnt the first clerk i talked too find that out.

He can't PM you because of his low post count. Why not just honor the original offer?

PS I keep getting this offer sent to me (Go 300), but I believe it's a one-time deal and I used it already. Why not delete us from your ads once we take advantage of it? It would save a lot of confusion.

I completely agree HedgeHog but then they might miss out on a few deposits from people that wont fight when they bait and switch them. BetDSI should do the right thing ang give him the balance of the bonus offered to him.

In all honesty, bonus items are a question of risk managemnet and completely their call. However, I can get him refunded if that is what he wants. I will look at the email scrubbing item as well.

Agree. Time was wasted on live chat each time I received such offer, because email response always says you are qualified. It does not mention "one-time" or "need manager decision" in the offer description. Instead of wasting money on sending postcards, and time of your OWN CS, not to say players, why not add a little budget to make sure the ads go to the real players that are qualified.

I got the same email offer for the GO300 promo one month after I already claimed it. I emailed support 2 times to ask if I could have it again but I never got a reply...
