1 week ago, when I registered at stanjames site, I didn’t know anything about its bad reputation. Moreover it seemed that reputation is good and Company is fair.
I registered on 25th of August, made a deposit, placed 3 bets and won all of them. On 28th of August I realized that my account is blocked and started 3 days of tiring and nervous correspondence with support. At the beginning I had an illusion that lie and rudeness is initiative of Russian support, but today I completely understood that this is the policy of the Company.
Customer from Russia can register (there is Russian version of site), make a deposit and play. He can’t only 1 thing – to receive his winning. To avoid overweighing of the post I will place here only my last e-mail in English.
It’s rather nervous, but I have been trying to be polite long enough.
The other e-mails in Russian and English I’ll show if this topic will be interesting for someone.
In any case I hope that my warning will make it difficult for stanjames to steal money from somebody else.

Verification call you are talking about wasn't made in a day of
registration of account. I opened account, made a deposit and made 3
bets for the whole amount of the deposit. All these bets won. 3 days
later when I wanted to login into my account it appeared blocked. I sent
an e-mail to russian support with question about account's blocking.
Only at that moment I received a call. As I wrote before to Russian
support I was at the same room with my boyfriend and didn't wanted to
speak while he is hearing, because he doesn't know that I'm gambling and
I didn't want him to know. Nevertheless I confirmed my name during that
conversation, just didn't confirm that I'm making bets at your Company.
Russian support is lies cheeky saying that I told that my details were
used by somebody else. If you recorded calls, it is easy to check. I
made a proposal to call me once again and received rude answer that my
money will not be given to me, because gambling is making troubles to my
private life. I made my explanations not for giving a reason for such
disgusting jokes.
Now about chapter 1.1 from your rules. The sentence you quoted is not
exist in the text of your rules in Russian language. The rules in
Russian says that you can deprive of my bonuses, but I never gained any
bonuses from you and never layed a claim to them. As for English text
you quoted, obviously if I lost 3 my bets there would not be a talk
about returning my deposit. Fair play for betting includes the
following:
the side which gets money in case of winning has to pay money is case of
loss. So that your try to steal my winning is not fair play.
You had a chance to make a verification before play but not after loss.
If misunderstanding were not solved soonest and I didn't get my money
back, information about the case that stanjames is not paying winnings
will appear on all forums I will manage to find putting in google the
name of your Company. The article will be written using results of our
correspondence. This article will be proposed to Russian magazines about
betting and poker. If you have Licence to work in Russia, my lawyer and
I will made a request to deprive you of this licence.
Of course I also will have to go to Court requesting to return my
winnings and moral damage. At Court you will see that I'm a real person
and can be verified anyhow. If you did an effort you can verify me
before the Court, e.g. by making another call or requesting any
documents. Hope you'll choose this option.
