Tourists to Australia would be welcome to bet in cash at any of the TAB shops around Australia.

I think the minimum bet is only $1

No need for identification unless you bet or collect $10,000+

They won't accept players from out of Australia betting sports online however.
I think Tabcorp will allow betting on racing from overseas though.
