why are open bets being voided? is this your second account?

Did you do anything against their policies? You know all the books, poker rooms, etc. track your IP, track your playing habits, etc. etc. Anything fishy, and your not a whale client, they'll shut you down. I've been one of those guys on the other side and shutting down your accounts...sorry...corporate policy. Rarely is it if you're winning...they understand the bad rep. it can cause as word of mouth is key. Did you do anything against policy.....multiple accounts from same IP with other users doing something stinky fish? Just saying.....

Fill out a complaint (check the bottom of my post for a link). SIA works very well with SBR. I can say from my dealings with them, they are fair. If they voided your bets, they either suspect your deposit is fraudulent, or that this is a gnome account... A suspicion of fraudulent deposit being more likely.

i think they are just crap, will wait till next week as their payment department is closed weekends so I can get my balance refunded. I rarely used them, no gnome (whatever it means), no second account and no bonus involved.For deposits I used my MB VIP account which is obviously verified and i also did their verification thing as i made some withdrawals.
I bet on their best/value odds that's all, they seem to hate this...I don't understand why crap bookies have this odds if they get pissed if customers take them! Just another stay away bookie!

I can't speak to the distant past, but they have tightened up their security standards a lot in the last two years. I can't remember any decisions by them in that time period that were not justified.

IF you keep arbing them, they will cut your limits or close your account. But they will pay your winnings.

today I got my balance refunded...just to summarize Sportsinteraction scum behavior, they closed my account on Jan 31 without any notice and also blocked my IP so I was unable to access the site to see that I cannot log into my account; they cancelled open bets and they didn't even think of returning my balance!!! SCUM BIG TIME!! After you 'discover' eventually that you're booted (it took me 2 weeks) and ask for the money SIA will do you a 'favor' and pay you back. B+ rating? I don't think so.

if you made your arbs even amounts like $400 (the other side obviously being a weird number) would they have reason to suspect it?
do the sites share information about your betting with one another?

This isn't how SIA kicks out winners. This sounds like they suspected you of gnoming. Were you running multiple accounts using proxies? They have some sinister ways to detect this.

Man, I know and can see that you are upset for basically having your account closed for what the service actually considers a valid reason and J7 is being it appears to me as cool as a cucumber. If there was some wrong doing on the books part J7 would be on them like white on rice... believe that. He is notorious for taking out the trash... so i have to believe things are not at the scum level and that they just do not want your action, which is their right. They even paid, quickly... and as a reminder, 10 business days or less is quick. No one has to pay anyone same day, it is a marketing and sales angle which has been a successful marketing technique for quite a few books that can do it. So all this beef about scamming is unrealistic bro IMHO... am glad you got that withdrawal. Sounds like you are on a hot streak, you should post it up as soon as possible at another place while still cooking. Take out your anger by cashing more bookie checks.

they have a sinister way of closing accounts, i didn't have any other account, i rarely used this one, i didn't like SIA and I don't mind that they closed my account...just the way they did it!

This is what pissed them off: a 20 euro winning bet on early price which I suspect it was a bad line but they paid it...

I and prolly many others would like to hear their side of the story, if SBR can talk to them.
It's one of their sponsors, a known shit book but valuable cos of soft lines and thus protected i guess...
pls help Justin to get some light into this, sponsors and B+ books shouldnt be allowed to use such scam tactics (if you got nothing to hide).

what is to complain about? they kicked me out and paid me...and because i used them rarely had no open bets. As i said earlier the way they did it was like scum. I been kicked out from some Euro A or B rated books but in totally civilized way, early notification, open bets stand, and they send your balance back fast.

If the player was honest and this wasn't a duplicate account or a fraudulent one, they scammed him by canceling his open bets.

I made a bet on Feb 3, 2013 for the NFL Superbowl game. I bet the Ravens for $100 CAD and they are supposed to Payout $240 CAD. When it came to withdrawing my winnings they never payed out! They kept stalling me and gave me lame reasons like 'security issues' with my account. They also blocked my account on their website. BEWARE OF SPORTSINTERACTION.COM!!!
