I realize most US players can't use SIA but for all others, this is my experience with them.
After building my bankroll during 5-6 months period they lowered my limits to 10% and after requesting my first withdrawal, they closed my account.
Although I was not surprised by their move, I was very curious how difficult it will be to take out my funds.
The first stage was to verify my account and to my surprise it was done the same day I emailed them my infos and exactly 3 days later, I received my first check (via courier). My bankroll was the biggest I've had at any book and I'm glad I didn't have to sweat it as they were excellent in providing CS and very fast with the withdrawals. I had heard so many horror stories about them and wanted to make this thread and share my experience as I have nothing but positive to say about them except the fact that I can no longer play there (which I take as a compliment)
I have now transferred my funds to a different book and hope to build it some more so please know that I have nothing to gain from this post, just wanted to share my experience for all those who want to try them in the future. Although I had no issues with the "verification" process, the best advise I got in another thread was to verify your account before your make your first deposit with them (or any other book) as sometimes it might take longer to process.
