New Jersey Player Wins $500,000 Jackpot on Hard Rock Bet

A player in the New Jersey online casino scene struck a major win last week, taking home over $518,438 from a single $1.50 spin on the MegaJackpots Elephant King online slot. 

According to a press release, the prize is the largest jackpot awarded by Hard Rock Bet this year and its biggest since a $524,455.55 win on MegaJackpots Cleopatra in April 2023. That jackpot was secured with a $1 bet.

MegaJackpots Elephant King is an online video slot produced by IGT. It's part of the MegaJackpots series, which boasts a progressive jackpot feature. The game contains five reels, 40 paylines, and several bonus features designed to increase players' fun and possible payouts.

Online players find jackpots

In January 2024, a Michigan online casino player won $430,000 on Divine Fortune Megaways. Also in February, a Florida player took home $475,000 on the slot machine Mega Moolah Absolootly Mad at Microgaming's progressive jackpot network.

The highest jackpot belongs to casino game designer Games Global, which paid out €38.5 million through its WowPot! progressive jackpot network in December 2023. The win was more than twice the largest online record jackpot until then, which also won via the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot on Games Global.

Hard Rock Bet continues to reward New Jersey players

While it’s not every day someone wins a six-figure progressive jackpot prize, Hard Rock Bet has found plenty of ways to reward its players in the past few months. For starters, it expanded its game library in New Jersey to 2,500 games just over a year after launching its revamped platform in the Garden State. 

The addition of exclusive games, like its launches with Play’n GO, has boosted that game library. For example, Hard Rock Bet and Play’n GO partnered to release Hard Rock Pork N Roll in December. That deal promised more Play’n GO games would come to Hard Rock Bet customers in New Jersey.

Additionally, Hard Rock Bet launched its Winterfest promotions over the winter period, letting players compete to win a share of the $3 million prize pool. The promo is only available in New Jersey and ends on February 2.
