College Football Player Prop Bets: Best Odds & Picks for Saturday
Saturday’s college football slate features many of the top non-CFP games of the postseason.
Arguably the best of the bunch is the Big 12 showdown in the Alamo Bowl between BYU and a Colorado team led by Heisman Trophy odds winner Travis Hunter.
As part of our college bowl game predictions this week, our college football player props for Saturday focus on Hunter and three of the most well-known QBs in the country.
Our college football bowl game opt-out tracker has you covered with the latest opt-out news and the impact on the college bowl game odds.

Best CFB player prop bets for Saturday
Dylan Raiola Over 198.5 passing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: -115 via bet365 | Implied probability: 53.49%
Patrick Mahomes might not play another snap until mid-January, but you can bet on the college version of him during Saturday’s Pinstripe Bowl between Nebraska and Boston College.
Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola, who looks much like Mahomes, has had a solid campaign as a true freshman. He’s averaged 216 passing yards per game, clearing this prop six times this season.
I project a decent edge on this line at bet365, which is why FanDuel’s total has jumped to 200.5.
Shedeur Sanders Under 11.5 rushing yards (-121) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: -121 via Caesars | Implied probability: 54.57%

Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders isn’t much of a rushing threat, and he has no reason to take off in a meaningless bowl game as the potential No. 1 pick by the 2025 NFL Draft odds. This line at Caesars is too high, especially compared to FanDuel’s prop of 5.5 yards.
Sanders has finished with negative rushing yards in five games this season because sacks count against him in college football. He has recorded -16 yards on 91 rushing attempts on the year.
Sanders is exceptional at navigating a pocket, but his mobility doesn’t translate to picking up yardage as a runner. I’m comfortable betting this Under at 10.5 yards or better.
College football touchdown predictions for Saturday
Travis Hunter first touchdown scorer (+450) ⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +450 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 18.18%
This year’s Heisman winner plans to play every snap of Colorado’s Alamo Bowl against BYU, but that’s not really in Hunter’s best interest. He will make a lot of money as a high pick in next year’s NFL draft.
As a result, Hunter should aim to make an immediate impact. That could allow him to rest more in this year’s unofficial third-place game between two teams who fell short of the Big 12 Championship.
Hunter scored 14 touchdowns this season, including a multi-score effort in five games. His two-touchdown odds tempt me, but I’ll take a +450 flier that he scores the first TD of the game instead.
Bryson Daily Over 0.5 passing touchdowns (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: -120 via bet365 | Implied probability: 54.55%
Army quarterback Bryson Daily is coming off a disappointing performance against Navy. He went 7-for-16 for 65 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions in a 31-13 loss.
I expect the senior to respond accordingly in Saturday’s Independence Bowl against Louisiana Tech. The Black Knights are double-digit favorites, allowing Daily and Co. to end on a high note.
Daily has thrown a touchdown in seven games this season, and I project a 60% chance he will do it again on Saturday. That provides a decent edge via this price at bet365.
