Arguably the most impactful opt-out or player entering the transfer portal ahead of this bowl game is Jaguars leading rusher Fluff Bothwell.
Bothwell led the team with 832 rushing yards, and his departure frees up several red zone opportunities for Bullock. Bothwell scored 13 rushing touchdowns this season, and at least some of those opportunities should fall to Bullock.
Bullock led the team in carries (135) and still managed six rushing touchdowns this season.
He had multiple touchdowns twice, and this is a great value play for him to do it a third time, especially considering two of his three-highest receiving yard totals (28 in each game) have come within the last four games.

Buckley was one of 45 players to rush for 1,000 yards last season, and was one of 27 such players who returned to play collegiately this year.
It seems like Buckley is an overlooked player in the Broncos' backfield, as Jaden Nixon led the team in carries (132) and rushing yards (874). But those statistics were heavily impacted by Buckley missing all of September with an undisclosed injury.
There is little doubt whose backfield this has been of late, as Buckley had 15 or more carries in three of the final four games. By comparison, Nixon ran the ball more than seven times once in that span.
This is a four-star play, as Buckley has exceeded this projected total in four of the last five games, with three 80-plus yard performances in that span.

The Jaguars passing attack is highly centered around Jamaal Pritchett, whose 91 receptions are 60 more than the next-closest teammate. In fact, his 91 catches are 38% of the team’s receptions for the season.
Of all Jaguars players with three or more catches this season, Webb’s 15.6 yards per reception average is the best. But with the unknown of how healthy his quarterback is, it is difficult to project South Alabama pushing the ball downfield with as much success.
Western Michigan and South Alabama both rank in the top 36 in FBS in rushing yards per game. If the teams decide to go blow-for-blow with similar ground-and-pound approaches, that lowers the ceiling for every Jaguars receiver outside of target-hog Pritchett.
