Pebble Beach Pro-Am Picks & Odds 2025: Pick to Win and Top Finishes
Scottie Scheffler returns to PGA Tour competition this week but we're avoiding the prohibitive betting favorite with our best Pebble Beach Pro-Am picks to win and top finishes.
Scheffler, making his first competitive appearance of the 2025 season following a ravioli-related injury, has odds to win the Pebble Beach Pro-Am as low as +400 across our best golf betting sites. Those odds represent an implied win probability of 20.00% in the 80-man field.
Pebble Beach Pro-Am picks
- Pick to win: Viktor Hovland (+6000 via bet365)
- Tom Hoge to finish top 10 (+650 via DraftKings)

2025 Pebble Beach Pro-Am pick to win
Viktor Hovland
Best odds: +6000 via bet365 | Implied probability: 1.64%
While it might be an unpopular opinion among many golf bettors: current form be damned.
If you're going to offer me a +6000 outright ticket on Hovland, I'm going to take it every day of the week and twice on Sunday Wednesday.
The Norwegian enters this week at No. 9 in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR), making these odds outright disrespectful. He tied for 12th in the 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach and finished as the low amateur. He also tied for 13th in the 2023 Pebble Beach Pro-Am and hasn't missed the cut in three appearances in this event.
His short game remains a weakness, but you don't need to chip all that much when you hit irons as well as Hovland. He ranked 12th on the PGA Tour last season on approaches from this week's key distance of 100-125 yards.

Scottie Scheffler: +500 odds to win the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Scheffler tied for sixth in this event last year, his first career appearance in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. His only other outing at Pebble Beach Golf Links resulted in a missed cut during the 2019 U.S. Open.
The two-course rotation of this event (Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill Golf Course) adds considerable variance to the leaderboard every year, especially with harsh February winds.
Skip over betting on Scheffler to win at this prohibitive price in the outright market and instead look to place a larger wager on a prop once we get full betting odds for this tournament. A winning bet placed via BetMGM bonus code: SBRBONUS would return an extra $10 in profit compared to the +400 odds found elsewhere.
Best odds: +500 via BetMGM | Implied win probability: 16.67%

Sahith Theegala to win the Pebble Beach Pro-Am
Best odds: +7000 via bet365 | Implied probability: 1.41%
Theegala has made just two competitive appearances at Pebble Golf Links. He made the cut but didn't finish the event in 2022 and tied for 20th last year. The California native and Pepperdine University graduate's lone PGA Tour victory came in his home state when he won the 2023 Fortinet Championship.
There are some loose similarities between Pebble Beach and Silverado Resort (where Theegala won before). Both courses can be won with a hot putting stroke, but the venues also emphasize the short game and precise approach shots. All are specialties for Theegala.
We're also getting excellent value on the 15th-ranked golfer in the OWGR in this 80-man field. The best odds of +7000 would fetch a $700 profit if Theegala prevails for career win No. 2.
