Kristian Campbell and Jacob Wilson still lead the way in the AL by the latest MLB Rookie of the Year odds, but Athletics slugger Nick Kurtz is trading among the favorites following his MLB debut.

Trading just behind Campbell and Wilson but ahead of Kurtz is New York Yankees outfielder Jasson Dominguez, who served as the preseason favorite.
