It's Friday and you could probably use a little extra cash heading into the weekend, and, fortunately for you, we have you covered with our best home run prop bets tonight.
We start in Atlanta with a double dose of Dodgers, as both Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman look poised to go yard when their team takes on the Braves.
Then we move to Chicago, where the city's lesser of two teams hosts Christian Walker and the Astros at 7:40 p.m. ET.
Finally, we finish on the West Coast. Kerry Carpenter and the Tigers are red-hot, but will they keep that going tonight against the Angels?

It appears Ohtani has officially accessed his newly acquired dad power.
The reigning NL MVP has logged at least one extra-base hit in four of his last five games, and he's up to seven home runs on the season now. Despite many fans siding with any of Fernando Tatis Jr., Corbin Carroll, Pete Alonso, or Kyle Tucker in the early MLB MVP odds race, Ohtani is still right there even while being only a DH thus far this season. And that's after a relatively slow start to the campaign for the two-way megastar.
The main reason I like this home run prop is because the Dodgers get the gift of facing Grant Holmes tonight. I'll go into that more below, but basically, Holmes stinks.

🧨 Freddie Freeman (Dodgers) to hit a home run vs. Braves ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +460 via FanDuel (bet $10 to win $46)
Yes, we're featuring a pair of Dodgers headlining today's picks. Holmes is bad, and they are good.
Holmes is giving up 1.61 home runs per nine innings, and his 4.50 ERA appears as though it's due for some regression. He walks a ton of batters and doesn't possess strikeout stuff, and Holmes doesn't really get a ton of ground balls, either. Add all that up, and you get a recipe for disaster tonight.
Meanwhile, Freeman is low key hitting the ball harder than he has, well, ever. His 93.6-mph average exit velocity is a career high, and he ranks in the 98th percentile or better in a handful of batted-ball categories. I'm looking for Freeman to hammer one in his former stomping grounds tonight.
🧨 Christian Walker (Astros) to hit a home run vs. White Sox ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +480 via FanDuel (bet $10 to win $48)
It hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for Walker during his first season with the Astros as he tries to fill the shoes of the departed Alex Bregman and Kyle Tucker, who happen to be two of the best players in baseball this year.
Walker just needs to play his game, though, and not try to make up for the loss of those stars. And a matchup against White Sox pitcher Jonathan Cannon could be just what the doctor ordered.
Cannon gives up 1.41 home runs per nine, and much like Holmes, he walks a ton of hitters and doesn't strike anyone out. The theme here is that bad pitchers are more likely to give up home runs - go figure.
🧨 Kerry Carpenter (Tigers) to hit a home run vs. Angels ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best odds: +520 via FanDuel (bet $10 to win $52)
I mentioned last week when I backed Carpenter to hit a homer that he's been incredibly underrated as a home run hitter these past two seasons. The outfielder has swatted 25 long balls across 116 games, an average of one every 4.5 contests roughly.
So, if he did that over an entire season, Carpenter would finish with around 35 home runs. And yet we repeatedly see him priced at odds of +500 or longer in this market.
We're taking advantage of that today, though it's admittedly in a tricky matchup. Jose Soriano hasn't been great for the Angels this season, but he induces ground balls better than almost every other starter in baseball. His 63.7% ground-ball rate ranks second in the majors, so there's a possibility Carpenter doesn't get something to put over the wall.
However, for his part, Carpenter doesn't hit a ton of ground balls. In fact, he owns the fifth-highest fly-ball rate in the majors. Something's gotta give here, and I'll put my money on Carpenter to get a hold of one in Anaheim.
