After securing their first victory since the Olympic break, the Dallas Wings seek their first win streak since May when they host the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday with an 8 p.m. ET (NBA TV) tip-off at College Park Center in Arlington, Texas.

The Aces are favored by 8.5 points across our best sports betting sites to beat the Wings, who erased a 19-point fourth-quarter deficit on Sunday to beat the Los Angeles Sparks.

They'll take aim tonight at one of the favorites by the WNBA championship odds as we offer our Aces vs. Wings prediction and expert picks.

Aces vs. Wings prediction

Wings 1Q +2.5 ⭐⭐⭐

The Aces might be the two-time defending champions, but it's hard to know which team will step onto the court any given night.

Much of the issue is this group's inconsistent effort in the first quarter. Las Vegas has won the first quarter just twice in its previous 10 games, even though it's ultimately won six of those 10 contests.

That includes a 104-85 win over the Wings on July 7, when Dallas jumped out to a 27-25 lead after the first quarter before falling apart down the stretch.

Can Wings get off to fast start?

I won't sugarcoat it: the Wings have been the worst first-quarter team in the league across the entire season, allowing 2.4 points more on average than they've scored.

That said, Dallas has won the first quarter in five of its last nine games, and it's enjoyed a better first-quarter scoring margin (-1.1) than the Aces (-2.2) over that same period. That's enough for me to take the points early without worrying about either team's late-game bona fides.

These -108 odds via DraftKings are a touch better than the consensus price of -110, paying out $9.26 in profit on a $10 wager.

Best Aces vs. Wings player props

A'ja Wilson Under 11.5 rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Something is clearly going on with Wilson, who has now scored fewer than 25 points in three consecutive games for the first time all season.

The two-time MVP took a season-high 28 shots in Sunday's win over the Chicago Sky but shot a ghastly 28.6% from the field - tied for her third-worst mark in the last three seasons. It was all forgiven when she hit the game-winner as time expired.

Those 20 misses helped her pull down 18 rebounds in total with six on the offensive end. Wilson combined for just 16 boards in her previous two starts, though, and I'd be surprised if she clears this total against one of the better rebounding teams in the WNBA.

With this prop dealing as short as -110, I love the value at these +105 odds, which return $10.50 in profit for a $10 bet.

Satou Sabally Over 2.5 threes ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sabally has played four games since returning from a shoulder injury that sidelined her for the entire first half of the WNBA season.

She's cashed this total in three of them, hitting three 3-pointers in her first and fourth games and five triples in her second contest. She's also played at least 35 minutes in all four starts while shooting 50% from deep on 5.5 attempts.

So why, exactly, is she catching such long odds against a team allowing the third-most attempts per game from deep (8.2) at the second-highest percentage (37.1%) in the WNBA?

These +165 odds from bet365 profit a cool $16.50 for every $10 wagered, earning a rare four-star endorsement on a bet with such a low implied hit rate.
