Fever vs. Aces Prediction, Expert Picks & WNBA Odds: Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson Clash on ESPN

Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever face A'ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday, as we offer our best Fever vs. Aces prediction and expert picks based on the best WNBA odds.
Two of the biggest draws in the WNBA face off Tuesday night, when the Las Vegas Aces (10-6) host the Indiana Fever (8-12) at T-Mobile Arena with tipoff set for 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
The Aces are 13-point favorites to beat the Fever across our best sportsbooks, which also have Las Vegas as the team to beat in the latest WNBA championship odds. That's a testament to the play of A'ja Wilson, the runaway front-runner to win her third MVP award in the last five seasons.
Meanwhile, Caitlin Clark seems to be hitting her stride after a tough start to her rookie campaign. She dropped 15 points, 12 assists, and nine rebounds on Sunday to lead Indiana to a comeback road win over the Phoenix Mercury.

Fever vs. Aces predictions for Tuesday
Fever +13.5 ⭐⭐⭐
The last time these teams played on May 25, the Aces scored a 99-80 win over the then-winless Fever behind a stellar showing from Wilson (29 points, 15 rebounds). That was the biggest win of the season for Las Vegas, which has otherwise been mired in a frustrating campaign after two straight championship runs.
The Aces own just two other wins by 14 or more points, as each of their last five victories has come by 12 or fewer points. That includes Saturday's 88-77 win over the lowly Washington Mystics, who led by as many as nine points in the third quarter before falling apart in the fourth.
Conversely, the Fever are finally hitting their marks after a dismal start to the season. They've mostly beaten up on teams with losing records, but they showed some real fight on Sunday to erase a 15-point deficit against the Mercury even with Clark (4-for-14) struggling from the floor.
I'm not sure an upset is in the cards on Tuesday, but Las Vegas isn't exactly dominating opponents on a nightly basis, and I've seen enough from Indiana to take the points in what could be a competitive game into the final minutes.
Best odds: -115 via BetMGM
A'ja Wilson Over 26.5 ⭐⭐⭐
If we've learned anything about Wilson over the years, it's that she loves to step up in high-profile moments. And I have a sneaking suspicion she'll be on her game Tuesday after a misstep on Saturday.
The MVP favorite scored just 11 points on 4-for-15 shooting against the Mystics - her first game with fewer than 21 points all season. That also came on the heels of a 31-point outburst against the Chicago Sky and a 26-point, 16-rebound effort earlier in the week against the Connecticut Sun.
Wilson is still on pace to break the single-season scoring record with 26.9 PPG, and she always manages to rise to the occasion with the whole world watching. We saw that earlier this season, when she scored 29 points with 15 rebounds in that 19-point win over the Fever.
I don't expect her team to perform as well Tuesday, but I fully anticipate Wilson taking over for stretches of this game and clearing a relatively modest total by her standards.
Best odds: -115 via DraftKings
Caitlin Clark player prop vs. Aces
Caitlin Clark Over 7.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is admittedly a buy-high spot after Clark finished with 12 assists on Sunday. At these plus-money odds, though, I'm willing to take the risk.
Clark had made clear strides as a facilitator even before Sunday's performance. Following a season-worst effort on June 10 against the Sun, when she had just two assists, she's finished with at least six dimes in seven straight contests with nine or more helpers in two of them.
She finished with seven assists in her last contest against Las Vegas, when she played just 28 minutes. She's averaged 37.3 minutes over her last seven starts and sat a combined 2:05 in her last three games, so she should have plenty of opportunities to find her teammates on Tuesday.
The icing on the cake is these +104 odds, which carry an implied probability of 49.02% according to our odds converter. Crucially, they also pay out $10.40 on a winning $10 wager, which is the biggest draw to this bet.
