UFL Championship Odds

After slipping behind the St. Louis Battlehawks last week, the defending champion Birmingham Stallions have retaken the top spot in the UFL championship odds entering Week 4.

Thanks to squeezing out a win against the Arlington Renegades last week behind backup QB Matt Corral, the Stallions' odds at our best sports betting sites shortened from +270 to +240, while the Battlehawks' lengthened after an ugly loss to the surging DC Defenders.

📊 UFL championship odds 2025

Here are the live 2025 UFL championship odds via our best sports betting apps entering Week 4. Odds update in real time.

  • Stallions: Birmingham followed up by a tough Week 1 loss by losing starting QB Alex McGough to an injury in Week 2, but Corral has filled in admirably with the Stallions taking a 2-1 record into their Week 4 game against the lowly Houghton Roughnecks
  • Battlehawks: It looked like St. Louis may challenge for the top spot in the league this year with the way new starting QB Manny Wilkins had played in the first two weeks; however, he struggled mightily in the team's Week 3 loss to the Defenders
  • Defenders: While head coach Reggie Barlow abruptly left for the Tennessee State job before the season, interim Shannon Harris has done a phenomenal job with him and QB Jordan Ta'amu, helping the team to an undefeated record
  • Renegades: Arlington's +1000 odds were always too long after following up an XFL championship with a disappointing first season in the UFL, but Bob Stoops and Luis Perez seem to have the Renegades headed in the right direction in year two, despite a one-point loss to the Stallions last week
  • Panthers: Led by a suffocating defense and the efficient play of Bryce Perkins, Michigan held on to beat the San Antonio Brahmas in Week 3 to give them a 2-1 record

💰 2025 UFL betting favorites

🐎 Stallions (+240)

It hasn't been the smoothest start to the season for Skip Holtz's Stallions. While the team has managed three straight spring football league titles - two in the USFL, and last year's inaugural UFL championship - it lost the league's reigning MVP in QB Adrian Martinez to the New York Jets.

As a result, Holtz brought in the team's former starting QB, McGough, who won USFL MVP two years ago. But having spent the last year and a half on the Green Bay Packers practice squad, which also included a move to wide receiver, the FIU product was rusty in his return to Birmingham in Week 1.

An ugly 18-11 loss to the Defenders in the season opener was followed up by a bounce-back win over the Michigan Panthers in Week 2, but McGough went down with a shoulder injury and was placed on IR. Now the team is relying on Corral, who had some solid moments in the team's 10-9 Week 3 win over the Renegades.

With that said, this offense doesn't look trustworthy with Corral under center and Birmingham's run game has been non-existent. This price pays just a $24 profit on a $10 winning bet, and I just don't think Birmingham has shown enough to justify that this season.

🪽 Battlehawks (+290)

UFL championship odds.

The risk head coach Anthony Becht took when the Battlehawks opted to release last year's starting QB, A.J. McCarron, had been paying off through the first two weeks. Wilkins had to beat out Max Duggan and Chevan Cordeiro to earn the starting nod, and this offense is a whole lot scarier thanks to his mobility.

Everything seemed to catch up to Wilkins, though, when he tossed three interceptions against the Defenders in Week 3. The run game never really had an opportunity to get going, either - the one-two punch of Jacob Saylors and Jarveon Howard combined for just seven rushing yards on 10 carries.

Still, Saylors is arguably the league's most explosive running back, and last year's UFL Offensive Player of the Year, Hakeem Butler, will return from a hamstring injury at some point. Even with Wilkins' struggles in Week 3, I would much prefer backing the Battlehawks with a $29 profit on a $10 winning bet than the Stallions.

🛡️ Defenders (+300)

The Defenders went 4-6 last year under Barlow, who replaced Eddie George as the head coach at Tennessee State on March 23. So the fact that DC is the lone undefeated team under Harris, who was the team's QB coach prior to taking the interim head coaching job, is remarkable.

The craziest part is that the Defenders have had one of the league's toughest schedules to start the season. They've already beaten both the Stallions and Battlehawks, on top of the Memphis Showboats, thanks to the play of QB Jordan Ta'amu and a strong defense led by Andre Mintze and Deandre Baker.

Sustainability is my concern here with Ta'amu having to shoulder so much of the load thus far and the team's leading receiver, Ty Scott, being put on IR. While the Defenders pay a hair more than the Battlehawks, St. Louis remains my favorite bet of the three biggest UFL favorites.

🔷 Renegades (+575)

It was a bumpy transition for the Arlington Renegades from the XFL to the UFL. Prior to the merger, Stoops had Arlington looking like it might be set to become the XFL's team to beat after winning the title in 2023, but then the team stumbled to a 3-7 UFL debut.

Arlington looks ready to get back on track this season with spring football star Luis Perez at QB and the league's leading rusher in Kalen Ballage. Even with the Renegades' one-point loss to the Stallions last week, this team has the head coach-QB combo to make noise in the UFL this season, and the pass-catching duo of Isaiah Winstead and Sal Cannella has been impressive.

Beyond the top three, the only teams worth backing are Arlington and Michigan, and Perez is a lot more trustworthy than Perkins at this point. And if Ballage keeps running like a madman, the Renegades could turn a $10 bet into a $57.50 profit.

🔮 UFL Week 4 predictions

🐆 Showboats vs. Panthers prediction

  • Date: Friday, April 18
  • Kickoff: 8 p.m. ET
  • Location: Ford Field (Detroit)
  • How to watch: FOX
  • Prediction: Panthers -7 (-110 via BetMGM)
  • AI score projection: Panthers 26, Showboats 13
  • Player to watch: Frank Ginda, LB, Panthers

The Showboats are among the league's worst teams with EJ Perry and Troy Williams splitting time at QB and no real offensive threat outside of receiver Jonathan Adams. Now they hit the road to take on a Panthers defense that's loaded with All-UFL talent. As long as Perkins is steady at QB for Michigan, Mike Nolan's team should win with ease.

🪽 Battlehawks vs. Renegades prediction

  • Date: Saturday, April 19
  • Kickoff: 12:30 p.m. ET
  • Location: Choctaw Stadium (Arlington, Texas)
  • How to watch: ABC, ESPN+
  • Prediction: Battlehawks -1 (-113 via BetRivers)
  • AI score projection: Battlehawks 26, Renegades 20
  • Player to watch: Manny Wilkins, QB, Battlehawks

This is easily the game of the week with both teams looking to bounce back after their first losses of the season. While Perez is the more efficient QB, Wilkins has really had flashy moments and should get back on track as long as the Battlehawks' run game comes back to life. I think this game will be close late, with Wilkins and Co. ultimately pulling off the road win.

🐎 Stallions vs. Roughnecks prediction

  • Date: Saturday, April 19
  • Kickoff: 7 p.m. ET
  • Location: TDECU Stadium (Houston)
  • How to watch: FOX
  • Prediction: Stallions -7.5 (-110 via BetRivers)
  • AI score projection: Stallions 30, Roughnecks 13
  • Player to watch: Reggie Person, RB, Stallions

The Roughnecks have a win thanks to backup QB Nolan Henderson emerging as a solid option under center. But now the Delaware alum has to take on the three-time champion Stallions and a defense with a handful of weapons in Bradlee Anae, Steven Gilmore, and Ronnie Perkins. A Birmingham cover will ultimately come down to whether Corral can play clean football and if Person and this running game can do some damage.

🛡️ Brahmas vs. Defenders prediction

  • Date: Sunday, April 20
  • Kickoff: 5 p.m. ET
  • Location: Audi Field (Washington, D.C.)
  • How to watch: FOX
  • Prediction: Defenders -7 (-110 via Caesars)
  • AI score projection: Brahmas 23, Defenders 16
  • Player to watch: Jordan Ta'amu, QB, Defenders

It's been a massive letdown season for the Brahmas thus far after the team reached the championship game last season. New starting QB Kellen Mond looks completely out of place, and last year's leading running back, John Lovett, is out hurt. Meanwhile, the Defenders' defense has been ferocious, and Ta'amu leads the UFL in touchdown passes and is making some noise to be in the MVP conversation early.
