💰 Sky vs. Dream prediction & WNBA best bet
🎯 Score prediction: Dream 88, Sky 77
While not on the same level as the New York Liberty or Minnesota Lynx, the Dream are arguably the next best team in the W thanks to their offense. New head coach Karl Smesko has completely transformed Atlanta's attack, with the guard combo of Gray and Rhyne Howard benefiting the most.
Those two are putting up a combined 36.4 points per game and 9.5 assists while taking advantage of the Brionna Jones and Brittney Griner frontcourt duo. The Sky's defense won't come up with any answers, as it gives up the league's most points per game (89.5), ranks second-to-last in defensive rating (112.7), and allows the most 3-pointers per outing (10.8).
While Chicago's offense isn't much better, it should do enough for this Over to hit. The Dream have given up 81-plus points in six of nine games this season. Ariel Atkins, Kamilla Cardoso, and Angel Reese help the Sky put up the second-most shots per game in the W (70.3), even if those efforts often don't go in on the first try. That's helped the Sky become the league's best Over team (5-3).
✅ Best bet: Over 159.5 (-105 via Caesars)

👀 Star player prop to watch: Allisha Gray Over 17.5 points

Gray, a two-time All-Star, appears to be ageless at 30, with the South Carolina product putting together the best season as a pro. She's averaging career highs in points per game (20.4), 3-pointers per contest (2.4), 3-point percentage (42.3%), and effective field-goal percentage (59.8%).
With the most offensive win shares in the W (1.9) and the third-highest offensive rating (132.4), Gray should expose this lackluster Chicago defense. She's already gone Over 17.5 points in six of nine games this season, including five of her last six.
