Joel Embiid prop pick: Over 3.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The 76ers, who are a long shot in the NBA championship odds, weren’t careful with Embiid’s playing time throughout his first game in a month during Tuesday’s win over the Dallas Mavericks. Embiid played 36 minutes, recording a triple-double with 29 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Assuming Embiid’s minutes remain in the mid-30s, there's no reason for his assist prop to be this low. Some of our best sports betting sites have moved this line to 4.5, indicating the market agrees with me.

Embiid is averaging 4.3 assists per contest. I project he'll finish with more than five on Friday.

Cade Cunningham prop pick: Over 27.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pistons guard Cade Cunningham was my Most Improved Player of the Year odds pick before the season when he was 40/1, and now he’s leveled up in his first All-Star campaign. Cunningham sits 11th leaguewide while averaging a career-best 25.6 points per game.

He's shouldered even more of an offensive burden recently. Cunningham has scored 30-plus points in four of his past five outings, attempting at least 22 shots in each game. I expect him to put on a show in front of an ESPN audience.

Guerschon Yabusele prop pick: Over 5.5 rebounds ⭐⭐⭐

Despite Embiid’s return earlier this week, Guerschon Yabusele didn’t lose any playing time. He finished with 19 points, eight rebounds, and four assists across 35 minutes against the Dallas Mavericks.

That’s a good sign for someone who has been a pleasant surprise for the 76ers this year. Yabusele averages 5.7 rebounds per contest, clearing this mark in five straight outings. His rebounds-per-game average is 7.7 in February.
