A rematch of the 2021 NBA Finals looms large on the eight-game Saturday slate. We have highlighted the odds, movements, and our NBA best bets for Saturday based on the top odds.

The Indiana Pacers face the Brooklyn Nets and will look to cover for a fourth time in four matchups this season.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Clippers will have Kawhi Leonard and Paul George available Saturday in Washington, but can the Wizards cover as home underdogs? Additionally, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Cleveland Cavaliers clash in a matchup of two teams that have been great against the spread.

The highlight of Saturday’s slate is a Finals rematch between the Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors, and Jayson Tatum should be motivated to put on a show.

Here are our best bets for Saturday's NBA slate (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top NBA Picks for Saturday

Spread: Thunder +5.5 (-110) ★★★★

The Thunder are one of the best teams ATS this season, and wagering on them has been quite lucrative for sports bettors. The Thunder are 15-10 overall and 9-3 as away underdogs.

Cleveland has been equally impressive, going 10-2-1 at home and 9-2-1 as the home favorite. Donovan Mitchell and Kevin Love sat Friday on the first leg of a back-to-back set, and it’s unclear if either will take the court Saturday. Cleveland is 0-2 at home in games in which Mitchell sits.

The Thunder can compete with the best teams in the Association thanks to the MVP-caliber play of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who is averaging 31.2 points per game on the road.

Upset: Wizards (+184)★★★★

It’s been tough betting on the Clippers this season. They've won a surprising number of games considering their dearth of playmakers and the extended absences of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard.

Los Angeles is on upset alert Saturday in the nation’s capital. Washington has been competitive this season and has gone 2-1 as the home underdog, while Los Angeles has gone 4-5 as the road favorite.

The Clippers will be without Reggie Jackson and Norman Powell, while Terance Mann is questionable. Bradley Beal and Rui Hachimura are both out for Washington. The Wizards are 5-2 in non-conference games, compared to the Clippers’ 3-4 record.

Prop bet: Tatum Over 39.5 points (+550) ★★★★

Jayson Tatum’s point total is set at 29.5, and at that number, we can comfortably put some money in the bank. However, I’m not always keen to go safe on these prop bets, so we’re upping the ante with a plus-money prop at 39.5.

Tatum struggled mightily against Golden State in last year’s NBA Finals, averaging just 21.5 points on a dreadful 36.7 shooting percentage, including a 12-point dud on 3-of-17 shooting in the deciding Game 6.

The star forward has been on a revenge tour this season, averaging career highs in points (30.5) and field-goal percentage (48). He ranks third in the Association in 40-point games.

Meanwhile, the Warriors’ defense he faced a season ago is long gone, and the Dubs allow the fifth-most points to opponents this season.

Tatum and the Celtics will surely be motivated to avenge their Finals loss.
