The No. 4 seed Indiana Pacers host the No. 5 seed Milwaukee Bucks for Game 1 of their Eastern Conference playoff series today. Tipoff from Gainbridge Fieldhouse is at 1 p.m. ET (ESPN).

The Pacers will go as far as Haliburton takes them this postseason, as was the case during last year’s run to the Eastern Conference finals. As such, I must start this parlay with the -186 odds for Haliburton to finish with double-digit assists.

Haliburton has hit this mark in 57% of Indiana’s wins this season. He’s done so in eight of the last nine wins against Milwaukee. He’s also playing exceptionally well of late, averaging double-digit assists over the previous two months.

🔥 Bennedict Mathurin Over 12.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

Haliburton’s passing should set the table for some of his teammates, including Mathurin, who has something to prove after missing last year’s playoff run. Mathurin averaged 16.1 points per game this season for Indiana.

Mathurin has been playing even better down the stretch, clearing this points prop in seven of his past 10 games. He’s soared past this scoring prop in six of his previous seven matchups against Milwaukee. This line is too low.

🔥 Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 7.5 assists⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since losing Damian Lillard a few weeks ago, the Bucks have let Antetokounmpo run the offense. He averaged 11.8 assists per game in April, clearing this mark in all but one game over that span.

Lillard could be back later in this series, but I expect Antetokounmpo’s assists market to be valuable until then. FanDuel is the lone shop offering plus-money odds on him to record eight dimes.
