Tonight's Game 2 in the NBA playoffs between the No. 8 seed Grizzlies and No. 1 seed Thunder could see this series get out of hand quickly if Memphis can’t show some resolve. Tipoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET (ABC) from Paycom Center in Oklahoma City.

🔥 Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Under 31.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With such a thoroughly dominant effort against the Grizzlies in Game 1, the Thunder were able to spread the wealth from a minutes perspective and ensure the starting lineup would be plenty fresh for Tuesday’s matchup. Frankly, this could be a risk for prop bettors in every game of the series as Oklahoma City prepares for what it hopes will be a lengthy postseason stay.

Although Gilgeous-Alexander is more than capable of piling up massive point totals in limited minutes, we’ve seen enough examples of the Thunder resting SGA in blowouts to fade his scoring total after the balance OKC showed in the Game 1 box score.

Gilgeous-Alexander played only 23 minutes with no Thunder player scoring more than 21 points in the win. Game 2 features a 14.5-point spread, so we could see more of the same from the Thunder star on Tuesday.

🔥 Jaren Jackson Jr. Over 17.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Oklahoma City defensive pressure had Jaren Jackson Jr. in a bad place in Game 1, limiting JJJ to 2-for-13 from the field and 0-for-4 from deep range. OKC has the No. 3 scoring defense in the league, so we should hardly be surprised by the outcome in the series opener.

But assuming Memphis doesn’t lose by 50 points again, Jackson Jr.’s line of 17.5 points seems doable for Game 2, considering he averages 22.2 points per game on the year. Though JJJ hasn’t fared especially well against the Thunder on the season, he still cleared this meager scoring line in two of three regular-season matchups.

🔥 Desmond Bane Under 4.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While the Grizzlies are typically one of the more efficient assist-producing teams in the league, they were held to just 18 assists as a team in Game 1 against the Thunder.

Oklahoma City ranks fourth in the NBA in limiting assists, allowing just 24.5 per game. While Desmond Bane averages the second-highest assists per game on the Memphis roster, that skill may not be a strong suit for the shooting guard in this series.

Bane didn’t register an assist in Game 1 after clearing this line in two of four games against the Thunder during the regular season.
