The Los Angeles Clippers head across town to face the Lakers tonight in the Battle of L.A. The Lakers made headlines earlier this week with a monumental trade to acquire Luka Doncic that led to an NBA championship odds shuffle.
But with Luka still sidelined and Anthony Davis gone, tonight’s Lakers vs. Clippers predictions and player prop picks are counting on LeBron James to lead the Lakers and stuff the stat sheet.
We also expect Austin Reaves to pick up the slack, and Ivica Zubac to take advantage of a shorthanded frontcourt when the Lakers and Clippers tip off at 10 p.m. ET from Intuit Dome in Inglewood.

James is averaging 25.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 9.3 assists across his last 15 games, good for 41.7 PRAs. He's hit the Over on this line six times during that span while compiling at least 40 PRAs in three more.
Los Angeles’ superstar is averaging 31 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 7.3 assists across his last eight games against the Clippers, hitting this Over six times. James has also hit the Over on this line in each of his last four appearances when facing his crosstown rival.
Davis has left, and Doncic isn’t ready to make his Lakers debut. That leaves James to operate as the focal point of the offense for a team that sits sixth in the NBA championship odds.
He averaged 32.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, and nine assists over five games without AD this season, and James hit the Over in four of those outings. This is an easy Over.

Zoob is averaging career bests in points (15.3) and rebounds (12.7), good for 28 PRs per game. A below-average performance will still cash the Over tonight, and we love this line for the big man.
Zubac has recorded 27-plus PRs in 26 games this season, and at least 30 in 20 appearances. He finished with at least 21 points and 19 rebounds in each of his last two matchups against the Lakers, including a monster performance against them on Feb. 19 (21 points and 19 rebounds).
The veteran is averaging 13.9 points and 13.3 rebounds over his last seven contests against the Lakers, hitting the over on this line four times. With no Davis patrolling the paint, Zubac shouldn't struggle to take advantage of mismatches against Jaxson Hayes and Christian Koloko.
Zubac has been excellent this season, and the line on this combo prop is set far too low. This is our favorite play of the night, and we’re hammering the Over.

Reaves is another player enjoying a career-best season, and we expect him to keep rolling tonight. Davis’ absence frees up additional opportunities to score, rebound, and facilitate, and Reaves is the next man up alongside LeBron James.
He's averaging 28.1 PRAs this season while playing with Davis and a whopping 34.2 PRAs with Davis sidelined. He hit the Over on this line in three of five with Davis out, posting PRA totals of 44, 38, 34, 28, and 27.
Reaves is averaging 20.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.7 dimes since Christmas, good for 32.8 PRAs. He finished with at least 30 PRAs in 10 of those outings, and 33-plus in seven more. The Lakers will need more from him and James tonight, and we’ll gladly take the Over.
