Wiggins is averaging 17.3 points per game this season, his best mark since the forward's first full season with Golden State during the 2020-21 campaign. As usual, his points line is set far too low, and we’re more than happy to take the Over.
He's been a better scorer at home than on the road, and Wiggins has hit the Over on this line in five of his last six at Chase Center. That includes a 16-point performance during Monday’s loss to Indiana.
Wiggins was excellent against the Lakers last season, despite producing the worst scoring average of his career. He scored at least 16 points in all four matchups against Los Angeles while averaging 18.8 points.
The Lakers’ defense is below average in points per game allowed (13th-most), and Wiggins should have no problem cashing this line in front of the home crowd.
