🔥 1st leg: Jalen Brunson 30+ points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even if the Pistons focus extra attention on Brunson tonight, there’s no reason to expect them to have any success against him.

In Game 1, he scored 34 points, and he’s now scored at least 30 in four of his five games against Detroit this year. His worst performance against the Pistons came on April 10 when he scored just 15. That was also his third game back from an ankle injury.

Though Brunson’s total is set at 27.5 or 28.5, it’s worth taking his alternate line for a better price because of how good he’s been against the Pistons this season. Against the same team, in the same arena, look for Brunson to continue his excellent play against a middling defense.

🔥 2nd leg: Jalen Duren Over 11.5 rebounds ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Duren struggled in Game 1, thanks in large part to foul trouble. He only played 25 minutes, which led to him pulling down just six boards. If he can stay on the floor tonight and play over 30 minutes, as he did in three of his final six regular-season games, he should have no problem topping this number.

In his last regular-season game against the Knicks, Duren grabbed 13 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was his first double-digit rebounding game against New York, but it was also part of a stretch of games where he pulled down at least 13 boards in four of five contests.

Duren averaged 10.3 rebounds per game this season, and in elevated postseason minutes, he’ll go slightly Over that average and hit this prop.

🔥 3rd leg: Cade Cunningham Under 9.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cunningham struggled to find his shot on Saturday, but he more than made up for his lackluster shooting performance by finding his teammates. He ended the game with 12 assists, and he’s now hit that number in back-to-back games. However, everything points to Cunningham dishing out fewer assists tonight.

Cunningham has recorded nine or fewer assists in six of his last nine games. In four games against the Knicks during the regular season, he managed more than nine assists just once. Cunningham is Detroit’s leading scorer, so assuming he shoots better tonight, that will also take away from his assist opportunities.
