Saturday brings us seven games in the Association, with one going off early in the day and the rest coming our way in the evening. We’ll find some attackable lines for our NBA prop picks.

I’m feeling very negative this Saturday afternoon. I’m loading up on an Under and fading a very talented big man in what I see as a bad spot. I do have some faith in a different big, but it’s only due to the fact that his matchup is so great.

Here are my top prop picks for Saturday’s NBA schedule (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook and FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Saturday’s NBA Prop Picks

Jrue Holiday Under 17.5 points (-118 via FanDuel) ?????Nikola Vucevic double-double: No (+135 via DraftKings) ????Clint Capela Over 10.5 points (-130 via DraftKings) ????

NBA Prop Predictions

Holiday Under 17.5 points (-118)

The Milwaukee Bucks are getting healthier. Not only have Grayson Allen and Donte DiVincenzo been brought fully up to speed over the last month, now it looks like guard George Hill will make his return from a neck injury on Saturday.

All of this spells disaster for Jrue Holiday’s scoring numbers, as does the fact that he has shot out of his skull lately. The Bucks guard is shooting 50% from 3-point range over the last 10 games. That is wildly unsustainable given his career mark of 36.1%. Though he has made strides in the shooting department this year, it’s highly unlikely it will keep up at this rate.

With more competition for shots and a potential cooldown coming from beyond the arc, I think it’s a good time to sell high on Holiday shares. This number is too high for my liking, which is why the Under 17.5 is juiced as low as -125 on other books. FanDuel offers you a chance to get in on the cheap.

Vucevic double-double: No (+135)

Chicago Bulls forward Nikola Vucevic has just barely been hanging onto these double-doubles lately. He went for exactly 10 rebounds in each of his last two games. Just twice in his last eight games, he fell short of double-digit rebounds.

That’s why Vucevic is just -185 to go for a double-double on Saturday, and why his rebounding prop is set at 10.5. Well that, and the fact that the Memphis Grizzlies and center Steven Adams have had more success rebounding the basketball than any team in the NBA.

You could take the Under 10.5 rebounds at +105, but it seems like the better play for our NBA prop picks is the +135 odds on Vucevic not to get a double-double.

Capela Over 10.5 points (-130)

The Toronto Raptors have been incredibly weak inside, allowing 69.4% shooting at the rim in February, and now forward Pascal Siakam is questionable for this game against the Atlanta Hawks. I think the Raptors frontcourt should be incredibly vulnerable, and that should be the recipe for a big night from Hawks center Clint Capela.

While Capela’s a huge rebounding threat, I’m not totally into the idea of backing him in that area. The Raptors have pretty decent rebounding numbers all year and especially this month. Instead, I’ll back him to top the 10-point barrier with our NBA prop picks. He topped that number in two of the last five games and in his last contest against a very good Bulls defense.
