There’s not any additional value in riding his PRA total Over compared to isolating a rebounds + assists prop Over 15.5 compared to a PRA line of 44.5 (and rising as the game approaches), because the ability for Doncic to go thermo-nuclear in the scoring category alone can often be a great way to see the PRA prop cash.

LeBron, on the other hand, could establish more of a scoring presence in Game 1 while leaving the stat sheet-stuffing to Luka. While James has averaged 16.0 rebounds + assists on the season, we’ve seen his contributions outside the scoring department dip in recent weeks.
James has gone Under his rebounds + assists prop line of 14.5 in eight straight games. Although there’s an opportunity for James to ramp it back up for the playoffs, I see Doncic’s all-around role as a focal point for the Lakers, which could leave James short in these secondary statistical categories.

🔥 Anthony Edwards Over 5.5 assists ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Assists aren’t a particular point of emphasis for the Minnesota offense. It averages 26.0 assists per game, ranking in the middle of the pack in the league in the category. But we could see the Timberwolves finding more passing lanes against the Lakers in Game 1 - after all, Doncic isn’t necessarily here for his defense. Just ask Nico Harrison.
While assists isn’t the first stat that comes to mind when you think about Edwards, there’s a fun angle here that sees plus-money odds to slightly exceed his season assists average in this favorable matchup.
After he racked up five assists in consecutive games before the playoffs, I’m chasing this elevated total at 5.5 assists, believing there’s a reason the line is pushed up for Edwards entering this series.
