The Warriors are fun again, and a big reason for that is because they share the ball. Golden State leads the league in assists per game with 30.5.
Green has led the way in that department, especially of late. He has dished at least six dimes in six straight contests, averaging 7.66 per game. His assist average is 5.7 on the season.
I bet this exact prop two days ago when the best price on the Over was -145. Green’s assist prop eventually closed at 6.5 (a significant movement) before finishing with nine dimes against the Atlanta Hawks.

I’d be more aggressive in the alternate assist market for Green if the Warriors weren’t double-digit favorites. The potential of a blowout keeps me from betting on Green to record eight-plus assists (+245 via DraftKings) on Friday.
BetMGM is the lone shop that offers an alternate market of seven-plus assists, which works because I project Green to finish with that number against the Pelicans. Green has recorded seven or more assists in each of his previous three outings.
Green leads the Warriors with 11.8 potential assists per contest over the last two weeks. The books haven’t reacted quickly enough to Green’s recent role, and bettors can take advantage of that.
Buddy Hield Over 12.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

Hield is a solid Sixth Man of the Year odds contender early in the year, but he needs to take advantage of matchups against inferior opponents. Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard, who was 100/1 before the season, has been doing that as the betting favorite.
Golden State hasn’t been involved in too many blowouts, but Hield could do some damage on Friday. He’s finished below this points prop in back-to-back games but has attempted double-digit shots in three of his last four outings.
As long as the shot attempts are there, I’ll bet on Hield clearing this number on Friday. I project more than 13 points, so there is value in this number at -115 or better.
