Monday’s college basketball slate kicks off another exciting week as teams make their final push to generate momentum before conference tournaments begin. Read on for our college basketball parlay picks.
Monday’s picks start with a ranked Big Ten team looking to take advantage of a reeling conference opponent. From there, we find value in an under-the-radar Big 12 team in need of a big win before its schedule gets significantly more challenging. Lastly, we identify an Under bet in a Pac-12 matchup that could be played without the most talented player on either team.
Here are my top parlay picks for the Feb. 21 college basketball schedule (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

College Basketball Parlay Predictions
Ohio State -7 (-105)
Ohio State is coming off its first home loss of the season, a surprising 13-point defeat against Iowa. The loss was the Buckeyes’ largest home loss to an unranked opponent since 2017. However, Ohio State benefits from playing its third consecutive home game and welcomes a reeling Indiana team, that has lost four straight.
Ohio State is looking to atone for a 67-51 loss in Bloomington on Jan. 6. The Hoosiers dominated that game despite making just two of 15 3-point shots, as they held the Buckeyes to 30.8% shooting from the floor (16-for-52). Indiana’s pressure defense also forced the Buckeyes into 15 turnovers and outrebounded Ohio State 41-33.
Look for Ohio State to get forward E.J. Liddell much more involved in this rematch, as his 11-point effort in the first meeting was his second-lowest scoring output of the season. However, Liddell has scored at least 15 points in each of the last seven games, and head coach Chris Holtmann will likely scheme up ways to create one-on-one opportunities for his superstar.
A once impenetrable Indiana defense has allowed at least 74 points in three of its last four games and has topped 61 points offensively just once in that span. Do not be alarmed by the big spread despite how the first matchup went, as the Hoosiers are playing with no confidence at the moment.
TCU -3.5 (-110)
TCU enters Monday with its at-large chances for an NCAA Tournament bid safe, but the Horned Frogs cannot afford a loss to a West Virginia team that is barely over .500 and has just three conference wins. That is especially true given TCU’s brutal schedule looming as it plays Texas, Texas Tech, and two games against Kansas between Wednesday and March 6. Thus, we are looking for a spirited effort at home from the Horned Frogs against a Mountaineers team in a big letdown spot.
West Virginia does not have much to play for these days, but it had a golden opportunity to begin the regular season’s final stretch on a high note by hosting league-leading Kansas on Saturday. However, many of the same problems that have plagued the Mountaineers all season came back to haunt them on Saturday, as they shot just 27.9% from the floor (19-for-68) and were outrebounded by the Jayhawks 49-32. The latter statistic is a huge concern entering a game against TCU, who lead the country in offensive rebounding percentage (37.3%). The Horned Frogs are also the Big 12’s best defensive rebounding team, allowing opponents to secure just 26.2% of their misses in league play.
West Virginia has won just one true road game all season, a 6-point victory against UAB in mid-December. In Big 12 play, the Mountaineers have lost their six road games by an average of 14.3 points, with just two of those losses coming by single digits. Look for TCU’s massive advantage on the backboards to spur an easy victory as the second leg of our college basketball picks.
Arizona State-UCLA Under 133 (-110)
Arizona State’s season looked lost after a 7-15 start, but it has since responded with three consecutive wins. Spurring the winning streak is a stout defense that has allowed an average of 55 points in that span. ASU's first meeting with UCLA was a three-overtime rock fight, and we expect much of the same in the rematch.
In their first meeting, the Sun Devils and Bruins combined for 124 points in regulation, and Johnny Juzang and Cody Riley were two of four Bruins in double figures. However, Juzang was held out of Saturday’s win over Washington due to hip soreness, while Riley missed the game as well (undisclosed reasons). Juzang is UCLA’s leading scorer at 17.9 points per game, and he adds 5.1 rebounds while making 45.1% of his shots from the field and 39.0% from 3-point range.
However, while many will point to the potential absences of Juzang and Riley as reasons to back the Sun Devils against the spread, UCLA won both games without Juzang when he was in COVID-19 protocols. In addition, the Bruins are 8-1 straight up without Riley. Thus, the safer play is to look for another low-scoring game between these teams, provided this rematch does not feature three extra overtime periods.
Combined College Basketball Parlay Odds: Ohio State -7 (-105), TCU -3.5 (-110), ASU-UCLA Under 133 (-110) = +611
