Top College Basketball Parlay Picks for Sunday

After one of the largest college basketball slates ever on Saturday, it’s understandable that Sunday’s slate would be pretty mild by comparison. Nevertheless, we’ll dig into the matchups to give you some picks for a juicy college basketball parlay.
For Sunday’s picks, we’re looking to attack a few afternoon and evening bets to come up with a nice return on our investment. Typically on parlays, I like to attack favorable Moneylines. But I’m also going to delve into the realm of totals and point spreads for today’s plays.
Here are my top college basketball parlay picks for Sunday's matchups (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top College Basketball Parlay Predictions
Iowa -13 (-105)
Despite their current standing at ninth in the Big 10 standings, the Iowa Hawkeyes (14-7, 4-6) are considered one of the top teams in the conference according to various metrics. KenPom ranks Iowa 21st in the country, as the explosive Hawkeyes rate with the 7th-best adjusted offensive efficiency in the nation. When it comes to Sunday’s match-up against Minnesota (11-8, 2-8), Iowa is expected to win in convincing fashion according to the 3-point spread.
Digging into some of their previous efforts in conference play, that projection stands to reason. Though Iowa has a losing record in Big 10 play, the Hawkeyes have been sturdy at home against conference foes. They’ve earned home wins over KenPom No. 36 Indiana by nine points and over No. 82 Penn State by 17 points. They’re 8-4 against the spread as a home favorite on the year and will face a Minnesota team Sunday that they have already beaten by double-digits on the road.
Iowa has to know it’s better than the standings show. Against one of the bottom-feeders of the league, this is a chance to dominate at home and begin its ascent back toward the top half of the Big 10 table.

Houston (-255)
Houston (19-2, 8-0) takes on Cincinnati (15-6, 5-3) in a marquee match-up for the American Athletic Conference on Sunday. Having been favored in each of their home contests thus far, Sunday will be unfamiliar territory for Cincinnati, playing as a home underdog to the No. 6 team in the nation.
The Bearcats are just 5-5-2 ATS at home this season. Houston has covered the spread in two out of four games this season when playing as a road favorite, but the Cougars won each of those four contests outright. KenPom adores this Houston team, as the Cougars rank No. 4 overall, landing inside the top 12 in both adjusted offensive and defensive efficiency. They've been tremendous this season but have had occasional close calls on the road, beating Tulsa by just two and Temple by only five. Both of those opponents rank outside the KenPom top 120, whereas Cincinnati falls in at No. 73.
Given the balanced nature of its talented roster, I fully expect the Cougars to continue rolling as one of the top teams in the nation. To err on the side of caution, Houston on the ML is the pick I’m including in the college basketball parlay.
Wyoming-Fresno State Under 129 (+105)
The Mountain West Conference features four teams this year that probably all deserve consideration for At-Large bids into the NCAA Tournament. Two of those squads take the court Sunday evening as Wyoming (18-3, 7-1) visits Fresno State (16-6, 6-3) in what should be a compelling battle.
Wyoming games this season have leaned narrowly toward the Over at 11-9. But in their road games, the total has gone Over in just three of eight road games this season. Fresno State, meanwhile, has gone 9-12 to the Over on the year. That result comes as a combination of Fresno State’s 24th-best adjusted defensive efficiency and 3rd-slowest adjusted tempo in the nation per KenPom. With metrics like that, it’s honestly surprisingly more of their games haven’t gone Under.
With Fresno State playing at home, I like the Bulldogs to dictate the tempo Sunday night in a game that should finish in the high-50s to low-60s in scoring for each team. That should get it safely Under 129 points.
Combined Odds: Iowa -13 (-110) + Houston (-255) + Wyoming-Fresno State Under 129 (+105) = +444
