The stakes don't get much higher than the March Madness contest between the No. 1 seed UCLA Bruins (34-2) and the No. 2 seed UConn Huskies (35-3), as the winner will punch their ticket to the women's NCAA Tournament National Championship.  

Tonight's Final Four tilt starts at 9 p.m. ET (ESPN) at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla.

UConn has taken over as the favorite to win the NCAA Tournament and rightfully so. The Huskies have won all of their tournament games by at least 14 points, and they already have a 29-point win at South Carolina under their belt. Yet, this spread feels disrespectful to the overall No. 1 seed.

The Bruins have still only lost to the USC Trojans this season. While the Huskies just beat them by 14, the Trojans were without Women's Wooden Award odds favorite JuJu Watkins. Aside from their two losses to USC, the Bruins have dominated opposition. They have won three of their four NCAA Tournament games by at least 14 and defeated a tough LSU team by seven in the Elite Eight.

All 35 of the Huskies’ wins have been by double digits. But the Bruins are a very good team, and the public is so in love with the Huskies that you can get the Bruins at +7.5 for -102. That’s a price that’s too good to pass up for arguably the best team in the country.

🔥 Azzi Fudd Under 12.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fudd is the Huskies’ third-leading scorer, but her performances in her last two games are worrisome. She scored just eight points against the Trojans in the Elite Eight, as she shot 3-of-14 from the field. She scored just 10 points in the Sweet 16, as well.

Fudd was phenomenal in the first two rounds, but the competition in those two games was also pretty weak. As the competition has ramped up, she’s struggled, and we worry that will continue on Friday. She has now scored 14 or fewer points in nine of her last 11 games.

Fudd did explode for 28 against the South Carolina Gamecocks earlier this season, but in her other seven games against ranked opponents, she’s topped 12 points just twice. The price for this prop is steep, but with one exception against Arkansas State in the first round, Fudd has not shot well for over a month. Take this Under, as Paige Bueckers and Sarah Strong do the majority of scoring.

🎯 Score prediction: UConn 75, UCLA 69

The Huskies have scored at least 78 points in all four of their NCAA Tournament games, but they'll go below that number on Friday against a defense allowing just 57.9 points per game. That said, UConn will still get close to 80, even against one of the best defenses in the nation.

UCLA will do its part against the best scoring defense in the country. Though the Huskies are allowing just 52.0 points per game, the Bruins are averaging 78.7 per contest. Since the Huskies just gave up 64 to USC with Watkins, the Bruins should be able to top that number.
