Aaron Rodgers will look to lead his New York Jets to their second victory in a row, as they take on the New England Patriots. The Jets enter the night sitting eighth in the Super Bowl odds.

Throw out the preseason hype when making the your Aaron Rodgers TNF player prop bets at our  best NFL betting sites. The Patriots were supposed to be a disaster this season, but they’ve started the season well, and the Thursday Night Football odds have moved in their favor since the line opened at 6.5.

The Patriots are allowing 233 passing yards per game so far, so Rodgers may have an advantage there. He could build his lead in the NFL Comeback Player of the Year odds further.

However, the rushing attack for the Jets has been great to start the season, and that could take away from the quarterback’s production on Thursday.

Aaron Rodgers Under 214.5 passing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐

Rodgers hasn’t thrown for 200 yards in a game this season, so there's no reason to take this Over, especially when not getting a favorable price.

A few of our best sports betting sites have the total set at 214.5, but no price is better than the one being offered by bet365.

The Patriots’ run defense ranks second in the league, but that’s a product of circumstance. In Week 1, they led from wire to wire, and in Week 2, the Seattle Seahawks were without Kenneth Walker III.

On Thursday, the Jets should run the ball effectively, which will hurt Rodgers’ production.

Rodgers still may top 200 yards for the first time as a Jet, but the Jets should be in command of this game from start to finish. As part of that, Mike Spector thinks Garrett Wilson could enjoy a solid night in his Patriots vs. Jets prediction.

Aaron Rodgers Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (+126) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Any time you can get Rodgers to throw multiple touchdowns for odds greater than +100, you have to take it.

He threw for two touchdowns last week against the Tennessee Titans despite throwing for just 176 yards, and in Week 1, he threw one touchdown, despite not playing well at all.

In his final season with the Green Bay Packers, he threw multiple touchdowns in nine games and threw at least one touchdown in 16 of 17.

The Patriots have the fifth-ranked scoring defense in the NFL. That’s not going to last.

Rodgers’ floor is one touchdown, so to get him in a favorable matchup at this price is too good to pass up.

Our other best sports betting apps are charging +110 or better for this Over. Caesars narrowly edges out the +125 being offered by BetMGM to provide the most value as part of our NFL Week 3 predictions.

Esten McLaren also thinks new Jets receiver Mike Williams will be on the other end of a Rodgers touchdown toss in his anytime touchdown scorer predictions for Thursday Night Football.

Aaron Rodgers Under 30.5 pass attempts (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Four of our best sportsbooks have this total set at 30.5. DraftKings is charging -110 for the Under, while the others are at -115 or shorter. FanDuel has the total set at 31.5, and while Rodgers will almost certainly go Under that number, the price of -130 is too steep for me.

Rodgers hasn’t attempted more than 30 passes this season. Though he will certainly top that number multiple times this year, he won’t against the Patriots.

The Jets should win this game, and as I’ve said many times, the rushing attack is going to have success against a run defense with inflated numbers.

Rodgers has always been an efficient quarterback, as seen by his 65.2% career completion percentage. Because he will complete two-thirds of his passes, he won’t pick up extra passing attempts playing from behind the sticks. Of all the Rodgers plays tonight, this is the best one.
