The Los Angeles Rams can clinch a playoff berth this weekend if they beat the Arizona Cardinals, and other games break their way.

The first time these two teams met, the Cardinals defeated the Rams 41-10. How much will the stats from that game factor into the best Cardinals vs. Rams parlay for Saturday’s 8 p.m. ET (NFL Network) game at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood?

The Rams are red-hot right now and favored by 6.5 points after winning four in a row. Meanwhile, the Cardinals have lost four of their last five and have officially been eliminated from the postseason, and our Week 17 NFL predictions see their struggles continuing.

Will the Rams have any trouble with their division rival, our Cardinals vs. Rams predictions don't think so.

Cardinals Under 21.5 (-148) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Despite their collapse, the Cardinals still rank 12th in the NFL in scoring offense. They’re averaging 22.9 points per game, and they’ve scored 26.0 per contest over their last three.

However, the Rams’ defense has been incredible since giving up 42 points to the Buffalo Bills. They’ve held back-to-back opponents to single digits, and they’ve only given up one touchdown in the last two weeks.

Though the Cardinals scored 41 in the first meeting between these two teams, the Rams were coming off a heartbreaking loss and they were dealing with numerous injuries.

The defense is playing at an elite level right now, and with everything to play for this week, I expect their hot streak to continue. Meanwhile, the Cardinals are going to come out flat after losing last week and ending their playoff chances.

Kyren Williams Over 92.5 rushing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kyren Williams has rushed for 100 yards in three of his last four games. He’s rushed for 1,243 yards this season, which ranks third in the NFL. Williams has run for at least 50 yards in every game this season except for when he ran for 25 yards in his first meeting against the Cardinals.

The Rams had to abandon the run early in the first meeting, as they fell behind 21-0 early in the second quarter. That won’t be the case this week. Williams has carried the ball at least 23 times in three consecutive games. If he hits that number again, he’s going to easily clear 100 yards against a defense allowing 4.7 yards per carry this season.

Over the last three weeks, the Cardinals are allowing 5.9 yards per carry and 178.3 rushing yards per game. While I’m playing it a bit safe, if you want to spice up this parlay a bit more, you could take Williams to clear 100 yards for +110.

Kyler Murray 250-plus passing yards (+160) ⭐⭐⭐

I think the Rams are going to dominate this game, which is actually a positive for Murray. With his team trailing for the majority of the game, I expect him to throw a lot. He’s thrown for at least 250 yards in three of the Cardinals’ last four losses. The Cardinals scored fewer than 21 points in three of those games.

Earlier this season, Murray threw for 266 yards against the Rams. While the Rams’ secondary has been playing much better of late, they have given up at least 250 passing yards in two of their last three games.

Because this goes against the other two legs of the parlay, it elevates the overall price - paying a $90 profit on a $10 winning bet - even though at +160 it isn’t all that much of a long shot.
