Betting on a first-year quarterback has always been somewhat of a disaster - you just never know what you're going to get. Bo Nix led all rookies a year ago with 3,775 passing yards, and so you have to ask yourself, will J.J. McCarthy (who missed his rookie season due to injury) repeat what Nix did? My answer sits firmly in "probably not" territory. Instead, I'm riding with Joe Burrow as my NFL passing yards leader this year.

I'm confused at how heavily the public is fading Sam Darnold's NFL futures odds and betting lines. The new starter for the Seattle Seahawks, Darnold has every chance to go over this total over the course of a full season. The addition of wide receiver Cooper Kupp, one of the best possession receivers in football, will only help. I'll play that Over happily.

People are really fading Barkley after what he did last year? The reigning NFL rushing yards leader will undoubtedly have a great season once again behind the best offensive line in football. Barring injuries, I see no reason why he can't go over this number. I'll be fading the public in this market.

I think the public is reading too much into the Nick Chubb addition in Houston. I love me some Joe Mixon this year, and will absolutely be taking the Over on this futures bet. If anything, Chubb will be spelling Mixon, keeping him fresh for the red zone.
Jackson has gone over this rushing touchdown total in each of the last two seasons, too, so I'm loving this public play when it comes to our NFL futures predictions.

Yea, I'll also be taking Evans to reach the 1,000-yard milestone one more time. He's reached it 11 straight years, and while he's fought through injuries, I still see no reason as to why he won't be the same receiver we're accustomed to seeing this year.
Travis Hunter, anyone? You better believe he's going to get fed the ball this year alongside Brian Thomas Jr. They will be a solid 1-2 punch, with Hunter reaping the benefits and going over 695 yards in his rookie season.

This number is far too low for Nacua, who will welcome the presence of Davante Adams to the Los Angeles Rams. While Nacua had only three scores last year, he played in just 11 games. He'll be another dangerous receiver in the red zone as teams turn their attention to Adams - expect him to land around nine touchdowns this season.
Pickens' number is also low on the NFL futures odds and betting lines - a product of playing in Pittsburgh. He moves to the Dallas Cowboys to be an incredible complement to CeeDee Lamb, and I'll be playing this Over myself. If he gets off to a hot start, we can cruise the rest of the season. This should be priced closer to -130 instead of -110. The value here is a beautiful thing.
